★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and professional staff and kept up with our expectations throughout our stay! Just wish we had a microwave and bigger fridge for our room, overall had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place if needing a hotel to stay in the last day before going to the airport! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is terribly dated and in need of refurbishing. The room was dark and dirty. There was GOO on the bedside table, the room air filter was SO thick with debris it looked as though it had NEVER been cleaned or replaced and there was dirty tub grout in need of cleansing. Probably why the room is so dark. Only ONE very small soap bar to be used for both sink and shower. Will not stay here again and definitely would NOT recommend this hotel. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd describe this hotel as fine. It was quite outdated. I was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room. The customer service could've been better... the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. They waitress was friendly and made the experience better. That being said I probably wouldn't go back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel behind picket lines but still supposed to be open. No airport shuttle, no restaurant, no room service, no service at all. Have stayed at this location before when everything was working and it was a great experience. But not now. Cream in the room was sour. They say they have an evening food service, but NO. Coffee shop CLOSED. If you do not have a vehicle not sure what you do for a meal as you have to go off site for anything Will not be staying here again any time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist Kayla was wonderful during the check-in process and providing the information and taking care. And the lady who runs the Coffee/Bistro is a amazing and wonderful in terms of taking care of everything. I accidentally locked the door with access cards inside at around 1:30AM as I had to pick my parents from Airport but luckily she was onsite and helped with new access at that time. It was a great help! Hot chocolate she made was fantastic, may be that's what a real hot chocolate is. And there was another person who helped with Microwave in just few minutes after I approached him and asked for it at the reception. The room I got was also having a river view. It's beautiful!

Ms., KM was super helpful and friendly each day.
I felt comfortable in the room. The room had beautiful view. Price was great and they paid for taxi to and from airport. I stayed here for six nights. I recommend the hotel to others and it would be my next choice.
