After buying the car I had two small issues that needed to be fixed.

In the past I have had unsavoury experiences in the used car market but thankfully Uc Auto has changed my opinion due to there trustworthy & excellent all round service.

โ โ โ โ โ Let me share my experience of buying a pre-owned car from UC Auto in Richmond. I contacted Daniel as he had posted the ad, and arranged a visit. My friend and I did a test drive and this is the car I liked, a world-renowned brand, TOYOTA. I did my part and the rest was on Daniel. He did his best to live up to my expectation, it terms of price and a few work on the car. Daniel offered great customer service and facilitated the whole process. The car was ready on time to pick up. I am so happy that I know him and this dealership for my next purchase. Guys, to me it is quite important that your contact person is availabe and responsive! Daniel is the one. Thanks!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent selection of cars with great customer service! The beautiful Mercedes C-class coupe I selected had a slight issue with the front tires. The manager, Joe, immediate resolved the issue and was very professional. As a car enthusiast, I personally recommend this dealership!

โ โ โ โ โ I bought my favorite car here, I love it so much, and I also made a good friend Adam, he is very responsible, very patient to help me explain the features of the car. And since I live far away from here, he was willing to drive and pick me up on that day, which helped me a lot!
