โ โ โ โ โ I rented a grey BMW 3 series at this location, the car was very clean. The employee who served me was very friendly to me and my wife. I would recommend this car rental company to all my friends in Seattle if they do ever travel to Vancouver.

โ โ โ โ โ Took 20 minutes from when I entered the facility to driving off with the Dodge Grand Caravan, I was expecting shorter rental process since average time on Google says is 15 minutes. I gave them 5 star because there is no 4.75 star option, really hope there was a quarter star option for making me wait extra 5 minutes. Overall my family and I really enjoyed the vehicle they provided us.

โ โ โ โ โ Rented a very nice car here, the car was really new and clean. Around 5000 KM on the odometer, which is very good for a rental car. The price of the rental was fair considering the fact that I was renting a Mercedes. Even joined their loyalty program because I know I will be back next year when I visit Vancouver for the 2nd time.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a bad experience with another car rental company so I always take pictures of the rental car before I drive it away. Everything went smooth here at this Car Rental company. The car they provided me was clean and was fairly new with a little more than 10,000 KM so I know this car won't break down on me. When it comes to car rentals I am very picky and I like clean and new cars and they did just that. I have uploaded some pictures that I was using to protect myself from getting framed. You can take a look for yourself. The pricing of the rental car was acceptable not that much cheaper than other companies but still cheaper.

โ โ โ โ โ Good price, reasonable clean car. The day that I pick up the car, it was not available. Fortunately, I did not need it right away. Brent did a good job in checking out the car. He marked all the damages with it. All in all, it still deserve my 4 stars rating at this Richmond BC location.

โ โ โ โ โ I wasnโt sure about this place when I looked at it. It was the first time I was renting a car that wasnโt one of the large companies in the industry. I have to say I was quite surprised by the car they gave me. It was in perfect shape not anything on it. Low mileage. I would recommend to improve the facade of the building because it would give a better impression to your clients. It was the only place I could find a car in town. All the car rentals were sold out at the airport. But watch out not to drive more than the limited mileage they give you.
