I was set up with Raymond as my estimator, and he was honestly AMAZING to work with; from providing a detailed estimate, to helping book the appointment and all the way through updating me on the status/progress of my car. Some of the best service I’ve ever received that I didn’t expect! Definitely recommend visiting this shop for any vehicle repairs! My car came out looking perfect. The paint match was spot on and you’d never even know damage existed prior. Highly recommend & a big thanks to Raymond for making the process super easy and comfortable!

I am very skeptical of body shops and there quality of repairs, but once I found Number One Collision and the fantastic staff member Stanley, he was able to put all of my concerns and skepticism to rest. I informed Stanley about my high quality standards relating to body panel gaps. He listened and was able to put me at ease. Once the vehicle was repaired he informed me on the phone call that he had looked at the repair and the body panel gaps where perfect. He really listened to my concern and I did not feel like another ICBC client. I felt heard. Picking up the vehicle it looked as good as it did in the showroom. So thank you Stanley and everyone at Number One Collision for making it easy to go through a difficult process.

I'm sure everyone's car is special to them, but my car can only be repaired in hand full of shops :( Vancouver shops were giving me a month to month and half wait before they even take my car. They were able to take my car right away and take care of all the details. They also have a great administration team which makes all the difference to book and get accurate update. Definitely, recommend this shop to everyone even if you are not in Richmond. Trust me it worth the drive ;)

The first time, I didn’t need a rental because I was out of the country for a few weeks, and my son picked it up for me when the car was ready. They gave him a taxi voucher to get there and their service and workmanship was excellent. The second time, it took more than a month to get the parts and they let me have the rental for more than a month. Very happy with them. The car looks like new, the detailing was superb. Thank you No. 1 collision.

Great after service as well as he will answer all my questions after I get back my vehicle. He made sure I am well serviced. I had my car brought in because an accident, the job was done fast and perfect. The painting job was fascinating and I did send my car back for a tiny issue and it wasn't really related, but Raymond provided extra service for me to solve my issue and they really give me a huge surprise! Great place and as always will return for all services and return to find Raymond

Love that they gave it a nice wash before handing it back to me. Mustafa, my estimator, was so lovely to deal with. He made all the arrangements with my private insurance and I literally didn't do anything else on my end. I dropped my vehicle off and got it back within a week. Would highly recommend No. 1 Collision especially if you have a luxury car! Thanks to the team for your incredible work.
