★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a long time since I've dealt with the sales department at Mini Richmond, but their Service Team is the A++ team. MULTIPLE times the team at Mini Richmond have found issues left by other technicians when I go elsewhere, solidifying my opinion to not take my car anywhere else if I can help it. Jay, Kevin, and Steven have been working on my vehicles for years now and they always take such good care of my Mini, and me by always doing their best to get me out of the shop with a smile on my face.
Although the other mini locations are just as easy for me to get to, in terms of distance, I always always always choose Mini Richmond for their stellar team.
Big thanks for always doing an A++ job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luckily enough I got a great salesperson to assist with all the questions. Leslie was very understanding with the needs we were looking for. We were able to play around with the car as much as a kid would. The new Mini SE was fun but the most pleasant experience was definitely with Leslie!

When my husband found the most beautiful car in the showroom but it wasn’t a countryman, Leslie advised us we were able to order one in a countryman . He was patient in answering all our questions, detailed out a version of the car in a countryman (he’s very knowledgeable in every type of mini) and overall it was just a wonderful experience dealing with him. It was a quick turnaround time from order time to in hand was just 2 months. On pick up Leslie made it an exciting and fun time. He gave us an extensive walk through of the vehicle and was very patient and we did not feel rushed at all. Thanks Leslie for such a great experience.

This was my first mini purchase and definately not my last! The dealership is very welcoming and top notch. I purrchased a 2017 cooper s 5 dr and love driving it everyday. Leslie went over the vehicle with amazing detail. I would highly recommend Leslie and the team at mini richmond for your next purchase!

Leslie is so knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the transaction with helping me to decide the specs of the car, making sure I know what I’m getting and what’s not important to have.
