★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat a wonder experience at Auto West ! My uncle and aunt needs a car during this pandemic and the car market is so hot right now a good valued car comes and go at a blink of an eye. But this is not a problem with Phil at all. Phil helps us all during the visit and he nailed it. We got the 640 Xdrive and Phil showed his professionalism that not only gave us a good price, but also helped us getting a lower rate for the loan, switch new rear tire at next service etc. Wonderful experience with my buddy Phil. He made our entire visit buttery smooth and enjoying. Will definitely come back to Auto West Pre owned in the future and Phil, hope you will be out specialist again!

My family and I walked in the dealership without an appointment after our X3 got totalled. Phil accommodated us and was very personable with our daughter.He took his time to show us similar vehicles and sent us on a test drive. Even while on vacation Phil followed up with us if we had any questions regarding our test drive. Anytime I’ve been to this dealership I’ve left satisfied. We are yet to finalize our deal and I’m feeling pretty confident dealing with Auto west and Phil

help me pick out one of the best pre owned bmw and his knowledge runs very very deep when it comes to dealing with customers and there needs he keeps you updated on your sale until you drive off the dealership lot look I have never never ever seen are salesman this humble with great knowledge Like MR Phil Tam guy just knows his job very very well and if you need are good pre owned bmw go see MR Tam at auto west pre owned at Richmond he knows how to speak to people and he know his job his work station was very clean he wore are mask at all times social distance was in full effect at all times but at the same he delivered service with precision and style at all times he does not do anything with your input my wife very happy with 2017 BMW X1 that I bought her thank you ? MR Tam am putting this review out there for other buyers before you buy ask for MR Tam he will deliver on time and with standards that auto west is known for yes in closing I hope you higher ups read this review seriously auto west pre owned has are great master car Salesman in MR Tam I personally think he has the potential of great sales manager if you given opportunity ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw this car on their website and the appointment process was very smooth. When I came in, Harry Rizaie had the car outside, ready for my family to check it out. He was helpful and answered all the questions my family had. The car is great to drive and very spacious, lots of luggage space. Harry also cleaned a bunch of small details for us when we came in to pick up the car. Definitely check them out and ask for Harry!
