J	Jane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have the expertise and in-depth knowledge of plumbing parts and refused to even try looking for parts. Very eager to shut us down when we tried to ask further questions. One of the employees was very nice though (look for the tall guy if you have to go there). I would give no star if possible. In comparison, Andrew Sheret next door recognized our parts right away, consulted a few employees, and provided us with professional advice. Way bigger warehouse too. Just saying.

P	Phae Sherwins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT visit the Emco Richmond showroom as they falsely advertise and loop you into inaccurate prices. DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, strongly advise to stay away. We dealt with Lyann Chan who constantly communicated false information, and presented herself as unknowledgeable and dishonest. THUMBS DOWN.

She was obviously friendly and helpful at the showroom but later the quote was DOUBLE what she told us in person at the showroom, along with various inaccurate info about products and rebates. Then she repeatedly called us and getting mad that we did not go with her products. This is very unprofessional and we want to make everyone to be aware of this despicable behaviour. DO NOT VISIT this showroom and LYANN CHAN.
F	Frankie Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaccurate hours. Went there on a Saturday and it’s closed. Previously during the lockdown I tried to call them about a part but told to email them instead and they never reply my email.
T	Tara Chic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Called for a replacement toilet seat/parts. I can't find anywhere. They put it on hold for me. I paid for it at one place and picked it up at another half a block away. I got home and the main strength bolt was too large for my toilet. I returned to where I paid for a refund. This location asked me to go to the other location for the refund. I did and Waited 15 minutes. Very busy place with contractors constantly in and out. I got my refund and would recommend this place for service and stock supply.

Also heard other customers complaint about their business hours...One of the staffs said they changed it over a year since covid started and they tried to change it on google but it would bounce back after changing the hours. Here's their business hours in case someone is looking for it.
