Sam and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and communicated well with us every step of the way. It was well worth the trip out to Richmond from Surrey. They are one of few shops that have ever informed us that certain work was not required at the moment. Their HONESTY and quality of work will definitely have us coming back when in need of a fix! They were very knowledgeable, worked within a reasonable timeframe, and had fair prices.

This is the 4th car I've taken in for service here in the last 4 years, and they always take good care of me and my cars here; from mount and balance, fluid changes, to big jobs such as timing belt, water pump, and more!
And now that they have an alignment rack, I'm only coming here for wheel alignments!
