I like that they have a price match guarantee but they didn't honour it since the price expired between when I ordered them and when they were shipped to the store location. I was also disappointed the alignment machine was down and they didn't tell me ahead of time, I only found out when I dropped off my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed working with Scott Taylor. He identified that we did not need TPMS as the car was not equipped from OEM. Other places tried to up sell me to needing them. It is very much appreciated that he is knowledgeable and caring for the customer. Goes a very long way.
Service was done totally to my satisfaction and this shop deserves 5 stars

They were able to figure out a really difficult-to-find problem that the dealership couldn't even identify, and fixed it for us immediately. I am now a customer for life. Thank you Kal Tire and staff for giving us peace of mind and taking care of us so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring in my 99% new tire for winter tire change last week. After finish the change of my car found out one of my tire there’s a side wall damage. They blame customer bring in a damage tire before they change. But they do pre inspections before I drop off my car. Unprofessional management and bad customer service EVER. I don’t even drive the car after tire change parked at their front door parking.Employee take a first look then blame customer “maybe” hit the curb when driving. I don’t even get in the car before I found out there’s a damage. And I can’t unlock my car cause there’s full of oil at my door handle, then I have to wipe it off myself then can get in the car. They let customer call customer service to make a complaint. After all only no one following my case. Only said can return a tire change store credit. What a “PROFESSIONAL” store. I refuse cause a tire change credit no even enough me to buy another 21” winter tire. Now i have to drive with a side wall damage tire through winter and feel dangerous. It should call KILL tire not KAL tire. Til now still no one following my case. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD RESULT. As a professional tire store you should admit your fault not blame customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found a major gouge in one of the front tires of our heavy duty work truck. After calling our usual Kal Tire location we found out tires that size are only available from heavy duty tire shops. I was referred to Kal Tire Richmond and spoke with Taylor, not only did he have our tires in stock, when I told him the circumstances he said bring it in now and we’ll get you fixed up right away. I Went there immediately and within an hour had the damaged tires swapped out with a brand new set of Bridgestones and I was back on the road, barely any downtime. Great service, professional results, no wonder they’re the biggest and most successful tire company around.
