★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see now these other reviews must have been from employees. I told her on the phone i had a lifted jeep and she quoted me 65 for a 2 wheel alignment. I said great! I usually use advance automotive, hes just a small shop on number 6 rd but he was booked til Monday and i need my jeep on weekend. After alignment she says ohhh! This is a CUSTOM alignment, we need 120 for that! I was stunned. Also the 18 yr old "tech" agreed that something.sounded loose when he gave me back my jeep, she said she could look for 100 per hour. Unreal. When i told her advance charges me 72 after tax she said well thats cuz hes just a guy! We have state of the art equipment! Then she settled on 90 for a 4 wheel alignment when a jeep liberty jas NO ADJUSTERS for the rear!!! Unreal. When advance gets my jeep he gives it back better than when he got it every time. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Took my Audi s3 here for an appointment at 4pm, waited 1 or 2 mins and they took it into their bay really quick! Finished around 40 mins and got a full report of the before and after numbers. Looked at the report, didn't really understand it and then went back in and the dude explained everything and how to read it to me. Seems they really know how to run alignments because they do it all the time. I saw a couple of porsches and a few ferraris here so I'm sure if they trust them to do work on sports cars then I am pretty sure I was in good hands. Overall good impression, people were helpful and I was able to schedule something on the same day. 5/5 and I will come back in the future for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 130$ for alignment 1st time they got it overall very good, (they were told I have rubbing issue and adjustable upper camber arms installed) 2nd time just told to add very little camber but they again used factory camber bolt which causes the wheel to stick out from the bottom instead of going inside from up (with the aftermarket camber arm) so another 130$ got wasted “Custom alignment” again got a stock dealer alignment which I already had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best most consistent and honest places to bring your car. They specialize in high end import and nothing intimidates these guys. Super professional and ready for anything. If you own high end luxury or supercar you need to know this shop. If you are lucky enough to see any of their personal cars you will know why the reputation here proceeds them. No job is too big or too small.

Now they gave me a very reasonable quote to repair a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander and again, could not be happier. Honest people with good service. What more can you ask for.
