Victor, one of the associates that was assisting me through the process, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in his dealings. Raymond the company manager is very attentive and honest, he was very patient to listen to our needs and requests and kept any promises that we were expecting to our standards. And Sally the lovely receptionist makes the administration, rental car and other paper works super easy, she is very polite, sweet and helpful. The paint job on the car was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raymond and his awesome team sorted out my warranty Tesla Model 3 paint job. They did pristine work and Raymond also touched up some spots for me in the wheel wells which was a very nice touch. I am using them again for some body repairs soon! Great service, good communication and because I had a Tesla Warranty issue they were able to provide a courtesy car as I live 280kms away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car to Automind for repair last month, the customer service Hubbi is an excellent guy that show me how they going to do for repair my car and he is friendly enough and knowledgable as well to make you feel “don’t worry it’s gonna be alright “ a week after, I got my car back and sure enough they have done a beautiful job. Car looks like new again. And most important thing. My car status is not rebuilt. They have done excellent job to keep repair cost and avoid sending my car status to rebuild. Way to go Automind. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a body shop with certified repair tech and friendly service

I took my Tesla here for warranty repair and it was very good so I took my Honda here for ICBC claim repair. Upon driving home from repair my car start making buzzing noise so I took it to Honda and they found masking tape littered inside the engine bay. Found couple of them stuck in between pulleys. It could have been a expensive engine repair. This is not acceptable.
