Edit: Boyd attempted to contact me ensuring that customer service and satisfaction was their top priority. After receiving a detailed response from me 3 weeks ago (as of Aug 4th) I have yet to hear back from them. Let that tell you where they truly stand on customer service. After my accident, I put my trust in Boyd and its local manager, Paolo, to put my vehicle back together. Paolo was friendly, understanding and reassuring, so to my surprise, despite my vocalized concerns, he returned my vehicle back to me compromised and unsafe. On several occasions, I mentioned to Paolo that I was concerned about my power steering as there was a whining noise after the accident. Each time, he assured me he would look into it. As repairs progressed, I inquired again, and he had still not addressed it. I was told my concern would be passed on to the mechanics. When my car was returned, he didn’t mention anything about the power steering. When I signed off on my car, I trusted that Paolo, with his expertise, followed through and investigated the power steering since it is so vital to the car. Driving from the lot, I immediately heard the same noise. Still, I trusted Paolo, so I drove home. The entire drive, the noise not only persisted, but it had worsened. I called Boyd and spoke with Paolo to which he said “I didn’t hear anything” and “we can’t fix all the mechanical issues.” If it’s related to the accident, I trusted that the issue would be fixed. I was left in a position to find another mechanic that would diagnose the problem, which is a position you do not want to be in. I took it to Mazda, and thankfully, since the problem was so obvious, it was immediately assessed as an internal power steering pump failure. I forwarded the information to ICBC and they agreed – the problem was secondary to the accident. I should note, it was also acknowledged from another Boyd employee that I was getting brushed off because Paolo was “too busy.” I sent an email to Boyd’s head office and it’s been a week and I’ve received no response. I don’t recommend Boyd to anyone. Take your business elsewhere.

The most honest and helpful bodyshop to go to! Has a scratch on the side of my car, went here after going to No.1 collision (they quoted me $1300) . The rep there told me they can fix it for a few hundred dollars less or told me i can buff out most of the paint transfer with a polishing pad. Honesty goes a long ways and really shows the shops character. I went here also few years ago as my old Dodge Charger was in an accident and they repaired it and went above and beyond, all the body lines and everything matched. If you have any needs for your cars body GO HERE!!

They did the great work for me on last Thursday. I got the fast appointment ( next day ) and done the rock chip repair work only five to ten minutes. The staff are so nice too. Wonderful !! Before I come to Boyd Autobody , I checked with the other big windshield company close to Richmond shopping centre, they cannot take the appointment after 3 pm ( only morning appointment )and need 1 hour to fix it. That mean I need to take the day off to fix this ten minutes work ? Anyway. Thank You Boyd !

Stupid snow damaged my front bumper. Boyd replaced and fixed it perfect. And surprised my car was cleaned and vacuumed. Great job.

I would highly recommend this location. I set up an appointment to get my windshield repaired and was helped my Paolo. Not only was he extremely nice, and easy to deal with, he was very helpful. I felt they had my best interest in mind. They took covid safety and protocols seriously. I was very happy with the work that was done, they even cleaned my car inside and out. I can not say enough good things about the quick service and nice people they have working here.

I brought my car for tailgate damaged and after 4 days I got back in time before Christmas. Earlier, they called me back for update and the time it will be ready. Highly recommended and great staff. Paulo is very helpful to answer all of my questions.

These guys are great, I recommend them highly! They do excellent work, and they do it quickly. Their rates are good, they have great customer service and the staff is very friendly. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else - they made my repair visit painless, and did a fantastic job. I'd give them a review of more than five thumbs up if I could...
