β β β β β Peter and I would like to say how happy we are with our 3 fireplaces from Fireplace Warehouse! We've had them for a year and can't say enough about the company, staff or products! We loved the Warehouse because each fireplace filled a different need and this place had them all in one place to view and consider.
We were able to choose a thin double-sided see through gas fireplace for our kitchen/dining room reno that no other company sold, called the Elite. It has warmed up and transformed this area, and if it wasn't for Fireplace Warehouse we would not have one there at all. Perfect for places without much space!! For our second fireplace, we ripped out a drafty inefficient existing gas fireplace in our bedroom and replaced it with a super efficient ABR gas fireplace. Lucky thing is that we saved our existing European style mantel and hearth we loved, and were able to simply insert this one thanks to Fireplace Warehouse! Now the room is cozy and warm! For the third fireplace, we ripped out a big drafty gas fireplace in the living room and installed a Pinnacle 55 inch surrounded by rock and have TV above it. It is super warm and completely modernized our living room and we love it! The best news is that our heating bill for the year went down a whopping 40 per cent, as we are no longer solely relying on our electric baseboard heaters!
From start to finish we are completely impressed with the staff and products from the Fireplace Warehouse and just wanted to say a BIG thank you!!

β β β β β Went into the Fireplace Warehouse looking for a fireplace for our house we are building on Vancouver Island. After explaining our situation to the salesman Derek, he mentioned that we should reach out to a dealer on Vancouver Island. Despite the fact that he new he was not going to make a sale, he went above and beyond to go through the products they offered and what would likely be the best fit for our house. We learned a lot and would have definitely purchased a fireplace from him if we were building in Vancouver. Good service..recommended.

β β β β β Showed up today with a bunch of questions and Derek helped me and also was great with my 16 month old son.
It was great meeting Derek and he gave me some awesome suggestions on what to do with my current fireplace setup.
Gave me a couple options a really made sure I had the knowledge to make an informed decision. Usually places just try to push a sale on you but this was a refreshing experience and I'm glad this was my first stop.

β β β β β I bought a elite linear fireplace model BL21 from the fireplace warehouse last January. I found that the ignitor stop sparking recently. Sometimes it works after several try and today it stops working at all.
I called the fireplace warehouse, I'm very sad that they told me that their installation only have one year warrantee and I have to find some technician to fix it. I'm not sure it is a product problem or an installation problem, but it stops working after several months usage, that's really frustrating.
Derek is always helpful. But if you call them, it always a lady. I do hope she can be more than happy to help.

β β β β β I mostly coordinated with Derek when purchasing a fire place here. I won't recommend any other fireplace seller other than The Fireplace Warehouse.
The customer service and expectation a customer would want is fully met and I will continue to recommend anyone who needs a fireplace to go here.
Derek is a pleasure to work with and has all the knowledge one would expect from when it comes to fireplaces. Both gas and electric.
I am so pleased after finding The Fireplace Warehouse. I shopped at a few other places, but Derek's warehouse blows all other stores out of the water.

Jennifer scheduled installation appointments very efficiently and in no time at all, the install crew was in and out of our house in a few hours. We now have a lovely fireplace. We also really enjoy the remote control feature.
Great crew and a job well done.

β β β β β I had them replace my old fireplace. OMG! The service was awesome they came removed the old fireplace installed the new unit ,cleaned up every little bit of mess and took away the old one. The new Savannah fireplace is spectacular so quiet and efficient.
I highly recommend the fire place warehouse.
