★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a easy time at Burnaby grills! Troy was super helpful! I bought the traguer timberline 850 which is a fantastic smoker. Troy helped me alot by answering all my questions towards the timberline. Im a very satisfied customer!
Anyone looking for a traguer or any other bbq equipment please don't hesitate check Burnaby grills out! You won't be disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very lucky to have met Scott (owner) from Burnaby Grills. I impatiently called the store on Dec 26 which was a Saturday and they were closed. I was regretting not getting a very hard to find Traeger Ironwood 650 Pellet Grill which was sold out everywhere but Burnaby Grills had 1 in stock.
Scott called me back and he went out of the way to open up his shop for me to purchase the grill. I had such a great conversation with him, he gave us tips and tricks with the grill, recommended different rubs, told me his life story, and showed us pics of his own BBQ! Such a personal and charismatic guy! Anyone working in sales and runs a business needs to learn from this man!
Grills, grill accessories, pellets, rubs, hot sauces, fireplaces, heat lamps, firepits, Burnaby Grills has it all!! I trust so much in how Scott runs his business I believe his whole team carries out the same values
I'll be going back to Burnaby Grills every month to get my pellets from (PS: he's got a punchcard for pellets too! buy 10 bags get 1 free!) and I can't wait to share my BBQ with these Grillmasters!

Troy always recognises me when I come in and is always interested in what's on the smoker this weekend. He listens to my stories and shares his expertise. It might be wood pellets for the Traeger now, but I see the new grill in the future. I feel confident that Troy will take the time to make sure that I get the equipment that will fit my needs.
