A big thank you to Hanz for always being around to answer our questions, trouble shooting and finding us the right solution instead of just having us drop unnecessary money. We are grateful for the entire team for staying open a few extra minutes when we get stuck in traffic. Its great to have a local supplier that carries such a wide range of products. @richardvegatattoos

Worldwide Tattoo was recommended to us by another animal welfare organization and we ordered a new tattoo pen as well as accessories. It arrived as promised but worked for only 4 days and then would not work. I contacted WW Tattoo where they asked if I could try a different power cord because they had been having trouble with the power supply. I did not have the extra cord so I was told to send it in and they would look at it. It was all very casual, no apologies for the defective product kind of a "it's not my problem" attitude. When I asked how long it would be they could not give me a firm response and suggested I purchase another one as a backup. Which I declined due to the quality of the product. I shipped it to Vancouver at a cost of $50 and was called the day it arrived to say it had been fixed and they need $20 to ship it back to me. When I suggested they should be paying for shipping they said "well, we fixed it for free". To top it off when I received the shipment the cost was $30 not $20, so I paid $80 to fix a $150 product that was obviouly defective and had been used for 4 days! Don't even know where to go with this. Yet another company that has abysmal customer service, does not stand behind what they sell and does not care what bridges they burn in the process. I am so incredibly tired of being treated like this as a consumer. There are still companies out there that make quality products and provide exceptional customer service; Worldwide Tattoo is not one of them. I would strongly recommend anyone in need of tattoo supply look elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The owners are cheap and awful. I recently purchased 3 boxes of dr.numb and I noticed that on my invoice they charged me $120 ($40 each) for all three boxes for curbside pickup. I called when I got to my studio and noted that online the price is $110.50. They told me “oh the price online is different” it’s a different price for pickup. Didn’t make much sense to me but they didn’t want to offer a price adjustment so I left it at that. A few days later I was at another supplier and noticed they sell dr numb as well for $23.50. So I bought 3 boxes there and decided I would return the other ones at worldwide tattoo. When I got got there the sales employee on the phone said no problem. I had the receipt, the boxes were all new and unopened and I only purchased 6 days ago. I previously always had great experiences here. The staff is wonderful and very easy to deal with. When he checked with the owner they said no. No returns. I asked why not and they said because it’s medical. And we don’t do returns for medical items. I asked why they don’t state that it’s final sale at the time of purchase or on the website or on the receipt? The male owner said yes it’s on the bottom of the receipt. He lied. It did not say that anywhere. I told him it’s not there he needs to provide a refund. Then the female owner comes by and says No returns on numbing cream. All other times it’s fine but because of covid we can’t. I said it’s closed unused unopen. Why not? She said because health Canada states it. So I asked them for the health Canada statement. She couldn’t provide it. She said they told her on the phone. I sense another lie. So I look online and google health Canada sources. I don’t see anything about over the counter lidocaine as being prohibited to be refunded during covid. She offered a price adjustment. I told her okay that is fine then. I’ll take that but she made a big fuss about it about calling Dr.Numb and then they will be contacting the other retailer to change their price. It’s been an hour and guess what, they have still not sent back the price adjustment to me on etransfer. I have a feeling they won’t. This is not my first experience with them lying and making up excuses not to take a refund. I also bought a gallon of CS20 in the past. When I got home I realized a week later the expiry for the gallon was 2 months away. For changing CS20 every 2 weeks. I would not be able to use the entire gallon in 2 months. I still had half a bottle left from a previous purchase. I called in to ask them to exchange it for a newer product that wasn’t expiring in 2 months. The owner on the phone told me that’s normal. It has a very short shelf life. So you need to use it fast. Next time you should buy the small bottle. I left it at that. 2 weeks later I saw CS20 sold at Cosmoprof. The expiry on it was 1 year later. That was a blatant lie. I never made a fuss and still continued to shop here. This last incident was just too much. I have been referring them to my students and other artists for the last 2 years. I’ve been buying hundreds of dollars of products from them monthly. I will never mention their store again and never refer them to anyone again. Awful greedy owners. Very unfortunate. If you’re a permanent makeup artists and looking for great local, Canadian businesses with fast/free shipping and good customer service and policy, I highly recommend Hyve Beauty or Perpetual Permanent Makeup instead. Amazon and Aliexpress also sell most of what they have for cheaper. In addition if you want to return anything here there is a 10% restocking fee. Just FYI for anyone who’s wanting to purchase. Make sure you think about it before buying from here!

Met Hanz at the tattoo expo last weekend. The knowledge, experience, patience and attitude he had i havent seen anywhere in a long time. A+++++ He helped us getting everything as a new artist. He is the reason we walked into their store in burnaby and finalized our purchase. At the shop we met Hanz and Marshall, same experience again, phenomenal & exceptional 5 star treatment. Thank u all for getting us started

Orders are never ready for pick up, they used to have a better system - hopefully once they get more established in the new space they’ll figure out setting up orders again! Lyft has a fee for more than 5 minute wait so it’s a little frustrating. Crossing my fingers!

I'm extremely disappointed, and what bothers me is this is the second incident. I made a large order for disposable grips and needles and the ones I received expiry date is 4 months away. This is the second time they have done this to me. Imagine spending $600+ in supplies only to learn it will expire in four months? Nothing was listed on the site regarding the expiry date. Utterly disappointed. :( Edited: The team at Worldwide Tattoo immediately called me to amend the issue. The assured me that any unused stock left over by expiry date will be refunded. Thank you for that. Cheers
