Had an amazing experience getting another conch piercing today! After sadly finding out one of my piercings actually closed up, my piercer Priya recommended to spice up my earring portfolio with a high conch and a cute simplistic stud to go with it:) I’ve been going to Body Jewlz to switch out my earrings because their selection of jewelry never disappoint. Their customer service was also a big game changer that keeps me coming back! Can’t wait to get more in the future!

I was so impressed by the level of customer service here! I am always a little nervous for my piercings, but the environment is so welcoming. Even though the store was busy, the woman at the counter was so efficient! I feel bad I didn't catch anyone's name who helped me, but regardless, I am always so happy with the way my piercings turn out! I will definitely be back for more

I got my piercing done from here. From the front desk to the piercing, the service was amazing. Receptionist was a piercer as well so she explained everything before I even got to me piercer. Great selection of jewellery as well. My piercer was Jane. She is very knowledgeable And I am so happy and pleased with my piercing. Thank You Jane and team Body Jewlz

Got my conch piercing and all staff were very professional and great at what they do! They will recommend on what is best for your ear shape and will make sure the process runs smoothly. They also provide great aftercare routine to make sure healing is also problem free. Great place and highly recommend with many cute options for jewelry! ✨

Visited there today (Apr. 30, 2022) for the first time in over two years. The customer service has really changed here. I took my little sister to get her first helix piercing. The piercing tech who provided the service was nice and professional. However, the staff member at the front counter who was wearing a neon green and black tie dye hoodie and who had an undercut was very rude to my dad, sister, and I. Even my dad felt that she was being unnecessarily rude and condescending towards us. We came in last weekend, but the shop was full. So, we waited until this weekend to bring my sister and we booked an appointment this time. The same staff member was there last weekend. He/she/they was rude to us then and again today was rude also. The staff member wasn’t very friendly, welcoming, or approachable. He/she/they seemed really annoyed while speaking to my dad and I. The staff member had a bad attitude towards us. The behaviour made me feel uneasy and really put me off from wanting to visit this shop again. The other staff member at the front who was wearing a light grey Disneyland crew neck and had on coloured eye liner was nice and even checked in with us to see if we needed help with the waiver. I used to come here very often prior to the pandemic, and have had over 10 piercings done at this shop. I’ve even recommended this place to friends & family. The customer service used to be so great and previous staff members were always so friendly and helpful. They used to take their time helping me pick out the perfect jewelry and choosing which piercing to get. They even gave me a discount at one of my visits because I got multiple piercings done at once. I only brought my younger sister here based on my past positive experiences. We even brought my dad because I figured they wouldn’t let me sign off for her since I’m not her parent/legal guardian. We were pretty well-prepared for the visit, my dad brought his and my sister’s IDs, and my sister was feeling super excited. I was also planning to get three new piercings done on myself and wanted to switch out the jewelry in my belly button. But after my encounters with the rude front desk staff member, I’ve decided I will go elsewhere for any future piercings or tattoos. I’d rather go to a shop where staff are consistently kind and value their customers. It’s unfortunate my younger sister didn’t quite get to have the positive experience I previously had here. Got a nose piercing here the other day and had a wonderful experience! I can’t remember the name of girl who did my piercing but she was wonderful! Perfect positioning and placement. And a very quick execution. I was a little nervous but she gave me the moral support I needed!

I've gotten 3 piercings here so far and I always have such a great experience. All the staff are super supportive and you never feel rushed or pressured. All my piercings have healed nicely and the service there is always great!!! Will be going back for at least 3 more! Would definitely recommend ;D

Got a nipple piercing done here and everything including the healing went beyond smooth. She talked me through the entire process; including the healing, how I should take care of it, how often it should be rinsed, touching it, etc., the different types of metals; everything went precisely well. All of the information and any questions I had at the time were answered and explained clearly. No issues at all! I am a happy client!
