β β β β β went twice food so so ok! lack of staff... bathroom seat not fixed on the ceramic unit was broken I end up on the floor wich is not funny at 71 year old I informed the management!!! 2 weeks after went back for a birthday dinner the F.G.K TOILET IS NOT FIXED

β β β β β They have very good options for Ramen. The flavor is really good and consistent. Iβve been there twice and the flavor did not change significantly. All the personnel is really friendly. The only thing I would like is to have more beverage options.

β β β β β Visited the restaurant two time before.
First visit was okay with some sushi and katsu. The staff was kind. Second visit was awful. Ordered some ramens and gyoza. 5 (or 6) pieces of gyoza took more than 30 mins, but it was not busy. The plate was very dirty, so I needed to change it two times. They forgot the gyoza on the POS. The staff was not kind and she never response me. (Asked about water, but forgot 3 times and asked her again.) probably she needs more training for customer service. Food was so-so.

β β β β β Food was good but I had eaten almost my entire meal before my husbands food was brought out. 2/4 stalls in bathroom were out of order and 1/2 sinks. Fix instead of putting up signs ?! They never asked if we wanted anything to drink and didnβt bring a bill. Menus were in horrible shape

β β β β β When you walk in, you will notice how everything is run down and falling apart. Menus were falling apart. My seat would wobble back and forth and when I put my back on the backrest I pushed a poor little lady into her food. Not clean at all including bathroom where there was a UV light there to kill flies sitting on the counter top with the tray filled with flies.
Lets get to the food. It was such a let down, how much? It triggered my depression. The food was poor quality not too mention way over priced. How much again? I paid almost $25 for a lunch box and a roll. It also came with rice with the quality so low that my girlfriend thought there was bleach in it because of the smell and taste. I even doubted myself for a moment. Iβll let you all decide based on the picture if this is worth it.
Also there was a lady randomly cleaning walls in the middle of the day. Maybe serve customers and clean before or after close?! Also whats with the cherry tomatoes?!

β β β β β Beautiful decor. Very modern, nice vibe to sit in and enjoy. The ramen however was not very good, it was edible but it was way too salty for an enjoyable broth. The chasu chicken was very dry I couldnβt eat it. No additional chili or garlic flakes for condiments. Overall first few bites were okay. The spring rolls were good, very large portion for one order, I would order this again. Our server was very nice and polite. Iβve been to a lot of top ramen spots in Vancouver- check out my other reviews. Would not come back here for ramen, Iβd rather eat instant ramen, that says a lotβ¦
