โ โ โ โ โ The guy working there was completely rude and disrespectful towards us, as he kept screaming at my boyfriend to leave after he refused to pay for an item we kindly requested them to change, because I was allergic to an ingredient in it. We ordered the combo with 2 toppings and added the salt and pepper fish as our second topping until we remembered that I had an allergic reaction the last time I ate it. We then asked them to put a different topping but they kept the fish and simply added a third topping and insisted we pay full price for 3 toppings instead of 2 which was our original order. The man screamed at us to leave if we didn't pay for everything and pointed at my boyfriend to get out when he told him how disrespectful he was being towards us. After reading some of the other comments as well it seems this man simply has anger issues and does not know how to act towards customers in a respectful manner.

โ โ โ โ โ First time to try this place, was a little bit hesitant when I saw the reviews. Lol. I ordered take out Chicken with fried noodle, the chickens was tender, the rice noodle was very tasty. Waited a little bit at lunch rush hour, but the server was really nice, very apologetic, didnโt feel being ignored. Will try another one next time.

โ โ โ โ โ At Square One today and for lunch went to Manchu Wok. Big mistake I should have gone to Shanghai 360 which I usually do because they are great both food wise and attitude wise! At Manchu Wok the lady was very rude! Even though I said hi to her did not get a respond and when asking her a question she blurted something with an attitude! The food was awful! I got green beans and shrimp and 2 spring rolls. The green beans were uncooked and the shrimp was only 4 pieces and uncooked as well. The Spring rolls were awful too. What a waste of money!!! I threw the whole thing out! Stay away from Manchu Wok in this mall at least!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible customer service! Today the guy in the noodles and rice station yell at me โwake upโ because I was making my mind which items I should have for dinner. This guy was aggressive, something that as a customer nobody deserve. I asked the cashier for her manager and she replied that they donโt have one mind while she was throwing my order towards to me.
When I read the previous reviews I realized that Iโm not the first person that this guy is giving the same attitudeโฆ. Iโm wondering what is going on with the operation manager that he/she doesnโt take any action!

Improvement: quality of food need to be better. The salt and pepper chicken was not crispy at all even though it is supposed to be deep fried. For some fried meat, the batter is too thick - seems like it was refried twice.

โ โ โ โ โ This place has negative customer respect. The guy at the counter with specs is extremely rude and pushes you to rush up. He became rude to my wife who is 5 months pregnant by telling her to have respect for the people at the counter while she was deciding for the dish. He then insulted her and asked her to leave by saying we do not care about customer and took the food away from her on the counter. Then I had to intervene to ask him to calm down but he continued and asked us both to go away while there was not even a que behind us. What a disaster!!!!! Of course we did not even taste the food and hence no comments there. But I guess there is enough in the other comments to know

โ โ โ โ โ Wanted a very simple meal orders fried rice and the fresh vegetables that were supposed to have a sauce. The rice was bland and the veg were raw and cold. I took it home and recooked them, I usually love Chinese veggies but not this time.

โ โ โ โ โ I rarely make less than 4 star reviews. I ate here for the first time. The food is not even okay tasting. It just tastes below average/quite bad. Their noodles tastes cheap. The chicken tastes real weird.
