โ โ โ โ โ Got a chicken alfredo. First they just gave me a fork, I asked for a spoon and the server slammed a spoon onto the counter with no napkin (not hugienic or polite). Then I realized my chicken alfredo accidentally had bits of ham in there (I am a muslim so cannot eat ham/ pork). I asked for a new one and they made it. But I still could not finish it because the quality was low. Chicken is full of skin and the quality is very low, I wonder what part of the chicken they use. Too much garlic as well. And itโs all concealed under molten cheese for some reason. I donโt like it when places market themselves like an italian food place and then there is no trace of authenticity and plenty of low quality. Should have went to a place I knew like A&W. I dunno maybe i had the wrong expectations because the other ratings seem high

โ โ โ โ โ If you feel that the price is high because of the food court, put your worries down. The quality for the price is quite good. Seafood Alfredo is also recommended. But the cream sauce is a little lacking. If you can add cream sauce, please do it.

โ โ โ โ โ The Bake House is awesome! The food was great. Ive only tried the Seafood Alfredo but I definitely recommend it. The workers there are kind and even have a little extra with my order. If you think this place is a little pricy for food court, let me tell you, itโs worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the spaghetti bolognese with soup combo from here a while ago and their food is delicious and good portion! Spaghetti was better than most hk cafe restaurants. Staff very nice and friendly too that I still remember about them over a month later and feel that I owe them a review. Canโt wait to go back to try their other dishes!

โ โ โ โ โ Where do I begin that others havent mentioned. Ordered the bacon mushroom alfredo and it was perfection from the first bite to the last. I can sense the passion they put into creating the great pasta. Friendly and efficient customer service. Hopefully they can maintain the high standard since it could potentially be one of the best pasta joint in the lower mainland. The bake house would put most restaurants pasta to shame.

The seafood alfredo was delicious with a generous portion of seafood and the alfredo sauce didn't taste like powdered parmesan. Very creamy and Al dente

Compared to other HK cafe, the flavor, texture, toppings are wayyyyy better. Don't expect Italian kind, this is the HK style kind for sure! Price is alright given it's food court but no hk style drinks! Our order was around $33 for the 2 item with soup combo.
The Bolognese is definitely real good as there is actually herbs flavor and it's savory.
The salmon and spinach had a good reminder of salmon and spinach and also, lots of onion and mushroom while the pasta was cooked just right unlike hk cafes that usually over cook it. Good amount of sauce to pasta ratio!
Wish they sold HK style drinks but it's okay, we went to Starbucks for a Trenta back tea without sugar lollll

โ โ โ โ โ Wow, this place has amazing pasta dishes. High quality sauces and pasta not overcooked. I tried all red, white, and curry sauce. They are all very good. Curry sauce tasted better than most curry from Indian places.
On top of that, the soups are very good. We tried the mushroom cream and Russian borscht. They used real and fresh mushrooms for their soup and the borscht was very flavourful.
I don't usually write reviews, but I want to see this place do well as there not as busy. It may seem more expensive at $14.99 but most Metrotown fastfood is at that price, and this is the best out of all of them. Real gourmet food.
