โ โ โ โ โ I'm a Funko pop collector and I feel that hot topics business practice is not very accommodating to customers because whenever there's a funko pop release, customers have to line up hours ahead to buy them, and because the pops are so limited, a lot of customers who lined up for hours ends up going home with nothing because they're all sold out. The whole buy one get one for 30 percent off pretty much encourages every customer to buy 2 of the same pop which makes it even more limited for everyone.
Please Introduce the pre-order system and stop making customers line up in front of your stores hours before opening. It's a bad business practice, and it's also a really bad marketing strategy if you guys are trying to get more customers to enter your store because most people already know what they want.

โ โ โ โ โ i had a great time shopping here the staff is amazing and so kind (specifically midi,and their manager!) the cashier was also more than helpful, had amazing customer service and they all went above and beyond to help me out today!!

โ โ โ โ โ I have gone in multiple times for squishmallows and they have been on hold for staff, since they haven't been purchased they should be on the shelf. Even though I called to confirm they aren't aloud to do this for staff or customers and eventually left a complaint. This still happens. If I could give it one star I would. I don't reccomend trying to shop here. Guildford is better and does not break the rules.

โ โ โ โ โ I used to love this place until I had such a negative experience here. The staff give you wrong information. They lie to you when you're corresponding with them about having things in stock and make you come in to the store when they clearly don't have the stuff they said they did and when you want to just return something after you were told you could do an exchange ages ago and they never gave you the exchange then they refuse to refund you the full amount. They say it was too long ago but I've been trying to deal with this for way too long. I tried to deal with it in a timely manner (well within the 3-month return and exchange window and then I was assured that since they didn't get the stock in that it could be dealt with outside three or six months window) and then got sick and tired of spending gas money and time phoning and driving into the store multiple times to deal with this situation so I put it on the back burner because I have better things to deal with than t-shirts... and when I try and deal with it again when I have some free time in my life, they say it's too late even though they did nothing to actually help me before they just give lip service and are completely stubborn. Too bad they have lost a customer for life!

The prices seem reasonable.
Not crowded. May vary.
Stocks run out pretty quick so keep in touch with the store if theres anything specific you are looking for.
