★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My teen daughter was struggling to find the right type of jeans for her petite size, so we asked one of the floor staff for assistance. The staff member, Kayla, was absolutely amazing with my daughter and took her time to help her find matching items and put together a few versatile outfits. Sooo Instead of just a pair of jeans, we left with a dress, a cardigan, a pair of jeans and a nice turtle neck top, that my kiddo can mix and match into a few nice outfits. Kayla is an asset to this store and a great help to customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service from a manager (glasses, short brunette - Oct. 27, 2021) at the Metrotown location. This manager was not only rude but showed that clearly, she didn't care about her customers at all. She acted as if she hates her job and didn't want to be at the store working. No help was given, impolite and unprofessional attitude. Garage please hire better managers that will enjoy their job and care about their customers. Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow this is concerning. I could not be left alone the entire I was there. If you even reach for something someone comes up asking for your size and to remember their name. I had 4 separate sales people come up to me asking the same regurgitated statement. I feel AWFUL for the people who work here. Theres deoderant stains on the shirts, the air vents are caked in dust, and the constant in your face approach to sales just made me dizzy. They do not leave you alone. Definitely avoiding this place.

She also was yelling at my friend the stop touching the clips when they were just trying to buy them. And she assumed their gender just because of the clothes they were wearing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on friday. There was an employee named “shirhan”. M really impressed by his service. I was looking for wide leg pants and somehow, the one i found did not fit on me. He and the other girl in the black top (dont remember her name) helped me a lot in finding my size pants also, they update me whats new items in the store etc. great job guys?
