One of the sales associate, Annie was super nice and sincere. I was being very indecisive and she was patient throughout my shopping process, and picked out a design that really fits me. I recommend going back and have that nice warm experience where there's no pressure at all!!!

I bought a t-shirt but I went back because Roots has a 7 day price adjustment guarantee. I came back because a few days later, the item went on sale. The manager at that time (Jasmine) talked to me in a very condescending way. I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong. I was within the 7 day window. At the end, she asked "Are you a re-seller?" which was quite confusing at first since I didn't get what she was asking. Little to my knowledge that Roots is popular in Asia. She racially profiled me as a re-seller to China because of 1 t-shirt? Wow. Stay away from here.
O	Omar Mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic store for buying shorts, t-shirts, long sleeve shirts which are soft, wearable athletic wear. In addition they have track bottoms and a selection of boots, purses and wallets. All merchandise is top notch.

All employees are Asian (based on my experience visited everytime). Employees' attitude is ok. Credit cards accepted. Fitting rooms available. Located inside the Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available.

The prices are also quite high and the company has taken a marketing approach using non-Caucasians to model the majority of items, which is odd in the era of inclusion. Should be more balanced if they want to sell more clothes.

I got exactly what I wanted. As always great feeling and well made clothes. I would shop at this location again.
