She asked me 3 times about the membership. She was not friendly nor polite when she was processing my return. Next time I'll return my products by shipping over in-store.

I replaced the zippers on my last two pairs but this last time I asked if they would just exchange this pair and I was going to purchase additional items. They said no. I will never shop at your store again.

Most people working in clothing stores, are completely disconnected and are going through the motions. Yla, I hope I am spelling that right. She was passionate, helpful and went above and beyond. She is an asset to your store.
L	Lucas Reis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store on May 08th (around 5pm) and I was very impressed with the customer service there, the the first person who approached me was Tommy (very nice and friendly), then I went to the fitting room to try some jeans and when I needed a different size, the girl called Tommy and he brought some other sizes. Thank you to the whole team!!!

I was nervous about using the fitting rooms but I was happy to see them taking COVID19 procedures seriously, It was a relief. My change room was cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Thanks Will for helping me out. I was able to get the jeans I wanted at a great price. Looking forward to coming back. You guys did great!

Not my first time seeing her here and every time she left me leaving the store feeling good. The cashier today was super sweet and nice. Great staff working this location.
