The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They were super nice, informative and really took their time for me. I was a bit shocked at first by the staff's clothing, or lack there off, but it is a lingerie store of course :) After one of the girls recommendations I bought the comfiest bra I've ever owned. However.. I had it for about three weeks now and worn it like 6 times or so I believe? And it just broke. Very disappointed by the quality :( And it looked like the strap was basically glued in it or something instead of properly attached?

I love La Senza as a company but I avoid this location whenever possible. I went in today for a return. I had no problems with my first return, however, I was assisted by another associate for my second return. She informed me that the first return was incorrect because I am returning outside of their 30-day return period. I advised the return period was extended due to the holidays and I did check twice before making a purchase and coming all this way to return. She insisted that I made the purchases before December 1, 2019, so she cannot return to my credit card, but "she'd make an exception for me this one time". I checked the policy right in the store and it states the following: "Holiday Extended Return Policy: Purchases made Sunday, November 10 – Tuesday, December 24 are eligible for return until Friday, January 31." I hate to say "customers are always right", because in this case I was correct. I wouldn't have felt the need to share my experience had she not been so adamant that she was right, and I was wrong. I am not expecting sales associates to remember every detail of their policies, but there was absolutely no need to be shoving "your beliefs" down my throat. As an aside, it would be great if they could open up more than one cashier when there are more than eight people in line. Unfortunately the stores in Pacific Center and Richmond Centre have closed, so this is the "closest" store to me.

update Jan 4, 2021 - another great experience at this store (batting 100% considering I've only been to this location twice - it's not that close to where I live) - I wish I remembered the manager / cashier's name - it's cashier 1907425 in case that means anything to anyone. I came in with two bras I'd bought online on sale which didn't fit great/weren't comfortable. I told her what the issues were (one was strapless and fit funny, and one the studs dug into my skin) and she found me a great replacement that would fit/feel better she said and explained why...we can't try stuff on in the store at the moment so I was a bit leery, but once I finally did get to try it on, I realized she was spot on in her comments - I was so grateful for her tips - it might be my best fitting bra at the moment, and it's strapless to boot! No hassle exchanging stuff even though I bought them Nov 29/20 (they only arrived today!), and I didn't even care that the one I did get wasn't on sale b/c it fits so much better! Thanks for the great customer service, and helpful attitude. :) This review I think was two years ago - I ordered stuff online and well...chose the wrong size, so...I went here to exchange things. Tiara helped me - told me how certain things fit (some fit smaller, some more 'normal' etc) and guided me to stuff I'd find comfortable too. The girl in the fitting room was also helpful. I was most impressed when I realized that they have to manually type in the barcodes / or information from the online purchase, and it takes quite a while, and Tiara was pleasant and helpful the whole time - never once making me feel like it was a nuisance, even though I realized it took her twice as long to do (at least). This is actually the kind of customer service that I don't see often anywhere - good attitudes and helpful from start to finish. I'll be back - thanks everyone.

One of my favorite locations to shop at. I came in today and it was very busy but all the staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the girls in particular helping me this afternoon was so lovely and sweet, did not catch her name but was great highlight of my day. I recommend to shop at this location as all my experiences have been wonderful. Thnx a bunch :)

The staff was friendly, immediately helpful, and followed up with me as I tried on clothes. She even suggested I check the sale rack for what I was looking for. :)

I popped in here today for a dressing gown and the staff were so helpful and pleasant! Their fitting rooms are closed right now but they give you 30 days for returns. I overheard a customer complaining about this and I have to applaud the staff member who dealt with this incredibly disagreeable person for being so patient and informative while answering questions I’m sure they get a million times a day. Obviously we’re gonna have to make some compromises when buying clothes during a pandemic, if you’re going to act like a child about LITERAL UNDERWEAR you should probably be spending your money on psychotherapy or a lobotomy or something. Anyway the dressing gowns are soft af, 10/10

The worst customer service ever in this store. I will not come back ever again and I will make sure to tell absolutely every single person I know. I brought my elderly mother to buy a bra for her and they wouldn't let us use the changing room for her to try it. They said it's because of Black Friday (it's currently Thursday and not Black Friday yet). There were 3 customers in the entire store, none of which were looking to try anything on. Their suggestion was to purchase 3 bras and go to the mall's washroom to try them on! I would give them zero stars if I could. I completely understand if there were 20 people or 100 people lining up to get in the store, but there was barely anyone there...it makes no sense to inconvenience a customer like this, especially an elderly woman!

I have been coming here for years. I love the customer service that is here. They are friendly, understanding and supportive, when it comes to finding the right clothing item. I have had nothing but good shopping experiences for the most part. I always get great bra recommendations,I am so happy when I come in and even happier when I leave. Plus, the sales are wicked. I love when the spinning wheel comes out, you can get great deals, once I got 50 percent off Also, purchase and it was my birthday that day. Also,being a vip member is good too, you save money.Thank you all at lasenza. Much love to you all, have a blessed day.
