★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff and the worst manager. They put everything at 80% off on boxing day and when you bring it to pay they will say it’s not on sale. Even after showing a picture they said customers mixed up clothes. But there were multiple pieces of the same cloth they still refused to give discounts. Manager is not helpful at all she doesn’t know any answer to any questions ???

Not deserve even a star.
Very mess they have to hire people to organizing and clean up of all the mess to much clothes it's so confused to choose from them racks are so mess in that huge store only two Cashier working with long line up. Nothing makes me to go back there even buy a Socks.????

I’ve been here many times and have always had no problem, but the other day I had bought some clothes and before purchasing I asked what the return policy is and the girl told me I had 14 days for a full refund or exchange and after that it’s store credit. I had no problem, when I went to return the clothes I was told I couldn’t get a refund but I purchased it with the knowledge that I would get my money back. The guy that was helping me was very nice I had no problem with him but he called his manager over and she was giving me a hard time about how they shouldn’t have said it, I understand I work in retail but this was ridiculous. If your employee told a customer they had that amount of time to get a refund and not store credit I would be expecting a refund, carrying on she was going to give me a refund after I pushed for it and she had realized I paid cash and told me they can’t give me my money back but only if it was on debit or credit, I asked her to put it on my debit then because its the same thing I would be getting my money back and she just made me a store credit card and walked away. Worst experience I’ve ever had here I would give it 0 stars if I could the only reason I would go back is to use my merchandise credit because that’s where my money went. It’s ridiculous I understand changing rooms are closed because of Covid but you could at least tell your employees to not give false information and can at least change the return policy.

Our cashier Param was the sweetest soul i ever met and made the wait worth it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitting rooms are still closed which is probably understandable due to covid. However, other stores like uniqlo and h&m across them have open fitting rooms. Point is, when you don’t have an open fitting room, you should probably relax your exchange policy and HAVE a refund policy at all. ??♂️??♂️
