I was running 5-10 minutes late and after arriving after rushing over, they were able to set me up for my appointment very quickly. Dr. Sahota was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to comprehensively answer all of my questions relating to my laser eye surgery and a recent eye injury. I've been going to optometrists regularly for over 25 years and would recommend Real Eyes Optometry above and beyond anywhere else I've been.

The process was explained fully; all necessary forms completed with a view to keeping things simple, including direct billing to my benefits provider. Absolutely flawless. DR Pati was completely thorough and patient and was obviously concerned with my eye health, ensuring I was completely satisfied with the experience. He was also very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had. I learned a lot about how my eyes worked and how to keep them healthy, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

B	Beverly Fan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking to use your company's benefit to get an eye exam here, I highly recommend you DON'T. I had the most stressful experience. The optometry informed me the claim was accepted. I got the receipt the exam was paid. Half a year later, they found the claim bounced back. Instead of contacting the insurance company, they chose to pester the customer, requesting me to look into it and pay for the outstanding balance. Called me on a Saturday, during work hours, and even after I told them I will call back since they caught me at a bad time, they still called me 2 hours later. I had to instruct them to contact the insurance. The optometry claimed they couldn't, gave me a bunch of excuses about personal information, etc. It turned out it was a misunderstanding between them and the insurance, something they could've sorted out themselves, but all they care about is getting the money back. Yes I get it, it's tax season, you just found this outstanding balance on the last week of fiscal, but DON'T pester your customers. I never had any insurance claim issue before. I will not recommend this place to my colleagues, not with Real Life Optometry being this unprofessional and disorganized.
