★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My charging port stopped working. I was convinced the port was not functioning properly and went to telus ( as I have telus device care) and they pointed me to this place. I said the changing wasn't working and how much to fix. No up sale, didn't start taking the phone apart they started by cleaning the port out and fixed it that way. I would recommend this location to anyone who's is needs their phone fixed and wants a place you can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the process of setting up the repair was easy I have given it a few days to see how things are with my note 9. I took it in for a battery replacement and charge port that wasn't working. They cleaned out the port with no charge and replaced the battery as I couldn't even make it through a work day without charging and I'm not a power user. After the repair it seems like a marginal improvement. It lasts a little bit longer to where I might be able to stretch it to the end of the work day but that's with taking steps to help it last. Planning on going back to inquire about it. Will update later.

This guy is amazing, at overall understanding and gave heads up for any technical issues upfront. Completely honest and did his best within no time. Absolutely these guys are more worth than a klinix to superspeciality ??. Great service and make customers happy.

They fixed it and did not charge me anything. Great service and very polite staff. Don't hesitate if you need your phone serviced...they are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! I believe the name of the technician who worked on my device was AJ. Brought my phone in because of a faulty power button. They came up with different options to fix it without costing me too much (was quoted around $500 at another store having to replace whole display). They fixed it within an hour and the phone was as good as new. Saved myself $500. Very professional, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable technicians/staff.
