He knows his stuff, saved me about 80.00.month, and made the whole process easy and stress-free! I only will work with him on anything cell-phone related and have followed him to Virgin. He's always so incredibly kind and helpful and welcoming! 5 stars to him (and the great package I got at Virgin)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerard and team at this kiosk really exceeded expectations. We felt really listened to about our situation. Gerard was friendly, patient, with excellent communication skills. After a nightmare situation with Bell Mobility, where my phone number was stolen and given to another person.. Gerard helped us problem solve, kept us updated, and went above and beyond to help us report to loss and fraud prevention. I really appreciate the kindness and for anyone looking for a phone provider and exceptional customer service, do sign up with Gerard!

And Gerard provided excellent service, he demonstrated patience and struck up thoughtful conversation as we waited for things to process. Had a wonderful experience, she helped me get my phone set up download all the apps and she told me all the details about the cell phone plan. To date no surprises on my bill, very happy with the customer service here.

However, when I came today, I originally came here to resolve a $300 bill from Virgin. Brian had been the absolute best customer sales representative I have ever met. He spent two hours with me to not only fix my bill but to clean my phone and teaching me all of these techniques to make my phone much faster. Gold/platinum medal performance. I bought hin Tim Hortons and Chinese food. Make sure to look out for him!
