★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today went to get a service for a landline to a mobile service for my mom's new cellphone. Christian welcomed us in a friendly manner as soon as we started to tell him our needs, He was a very helpful and friendly throughout the entire time while doing his work. Christian made sure he got all the information needed to acquired the service we need to be done in our end. As my mother a loyalty customer for 25yrs she was very happy and gladly that the Telus fullfilled the service provided that wanted to be done. Thanks Christian for your time

Esim shouldn't be at that price as many Canadian complained on Telus. It got esim service in Vietnam for around $1 and it was smooth.
It took us almost 1hr, but It's Telus problem. Not store agent's fault
Store is great, but hoping store agents feel more welcome with guest as this is hospitality industry. More team player would be great if other agent is in a hard time with the system
Just an advice as I used run phone store and work in this industry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from Jonathan! From the first call, to meeting in person and to leaving the store with my brand new S22 Ultra! He was polite, knowledgable, friendly and patient.They gave me excellent discount offers along with all the essentials for my new phone such as phone cases, screen protector and the new samsung fast charger. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. The Manager also explained everything thoroughly so it was easy to understand the coverages and policies. Thank you ~

I was a little stressed after getting multiple offers and details from other sources (sales team and contractors) and finally redirected to Carson who explained everything clearly. He even helped me get the best pricing for what I needed. I highly recommend getting service in store as they are solely focused on helping you, instead of pushing endless promotions.
