I had a special case return, and upon reading the 1 star reviews I called Head Office to state my case before I went to the store. Upon arrival at the store Karima denied return, and QUESTIONED why I wanted to return it after "X" amount of days (It was well within the 14-day return policy). I will not apologize for returning an unworn article of clothing within the return policy. She questioned why I called HQ in the first place and I didn't say anything. She even questioned my honesty that I've never worn the article of clothing. Why would I lie? Long story short, she accepted my return only because I called HQ first and had a customer service reference number. Future customers, please do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else with happier staff and save yourself a headache or two.

Good collection but a turn off if you label/judge clothes based on maturity.

J	Jillian Soh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE. store does not honour their return policy. My fiancee purchased a $180 blazer, and went to return it within the two week period (Feb 16-25). Upon entering the store to try to return, we were asked if we would instead like to exchange the item. When we asked for a return, Fadia tried to dissuade us asking why we wanted to return such a nice blazer. The article of clothing was purchased for a wedding and did not align with the rest of the outfit and was unworn. Fadia then pointed out some light scuff marks on the upper right shoulder of the jacket. Insisting it was dirty and worn. These scuff marks were 1. Barely perceptible 2. Not caused by my fiance 3. Were there during the original purchase. They were obviously missed when purchased. Fadia refused to honour a refund. We contacted Laura HQ who were unhelpful. Jenifer provided us this response that they must abide by the store's decision. If HQ would like to make this right and provide a refund, reply back to this review stating so, because providing your contact info is useless as we've already been down this route. We have contacted your phone line and email to no help. Absolutely terrible customer service, shady business practices. There's a reason there are so many one star reviews here.
