★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with my iphone X Charge port, went to apple to get it fixed but they tried to sell me a new phone instead of fixing it! I have very important data that i needed badly as i haven’t backed it up in a while. Then i found Cell dr which was located very close to apple Metrotown they were able to fix my phone on the same day! Now i not only saved my data but also got my phone fixed. Price is very affordable compared to what apple is charging! Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly can not stress this enough, the best and quickest repair ever! My SIM card was stuck in my old Samsung and I had tried literally everything to get it out. I kid you not in less than 20 seconds they opened it and switched it to my new phone. After MONTHS of the SIM card tray being stuck. Seriously amazing!

We needed two screen protectors. We went to this booth, we met Deep and the way he talked to us was the selling point and we didn't look any further: he is so friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get your phone fixed here!! had them replace my screen for Samsung S10. Few weeks later some water got spilled on it, took the phone out of the case then see the phone hasnt been sealed properly. I took the phone back and basically was told it was my fault and they would not fix any water damage when they were the ones who touched my phone last. I understand phones are not 100% waterproof but when I took the phone out of the case it was was not even sealed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with a malfunctioned screen iphone X. The first worker there told me that they were selling me an OLED, but the second worker there did not install an OLED for me. I complained and they refunded me the next day. The WORST thing was when the second worker replaced my original screen back on, he had purposely bent the touch screen connector and this was confirmed by a third party. Also, the second worker showed me the issues of my original screen on the first day and the obvious bent connector was not one of them. STRONGLY SUGGEST not to come here. There are many much better fixers in crystal mall which is 5 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my iPhone 6s battery changed here today for a great price. However, once I got home I noticed my back camera was very blurry (internal issue). I called Gadget Doctor, came back to the mall, and the worker fixed it for me. I appreciate the worker doing his best to fix his mistake. Be wary if you decide to come here though.
