Wow, I can't even believe what just happened, the guy literally stole my one phone, I was trying to get fixed 2 pixel XLS a 2 and a 3. He charged me almost $500 and didn't fix anything other than a $65 back screen he stole my money too refusing to give me a full refund on parts he never installed and never gave me my pixel 2 back. But wait, there's more! He strung me along for 5 visits ... 5! I wasted so much time energy and money on this place, told me to come in the next day everyday till I got frustrated as it's a 30 min drive from my house on commercial

Phone case started to fall apart and break after about 2 months of very light use. No hard falls or anything damaging the phone case just simply bad quality. And the screen protector started getting scratched and leaving streaks on my screen only a few weeks after application. All together paid roughly $60 dollars huge waste do not purchase from this store

great service, fast and good price for fixing your phone. I can highly recommend this place, as the phone technician have great knowledge, way better than the guys at best buy. The staff is very friendly aswell.

I was able to get a brand new custom screen protector from here. They had a new machine that was able to cut exact dimensions of my new pixel 6 pro which I was unable to find any protectors for.

They blatantly tried to rip me off. They change their product prices on a whim and try to bargain with you. They will charge you more for a cheap product if you seem gullible. I first went to their stand in the mall to purchase a screen protector and they asked for $25 for ONE screen protector (it's a thin sheet of plastic). Then I visited their retail shop in the mall which another employee asked for $30 for the same product. I was shocked by the incredibly expensive prices as you can buy them online for a fraction of the price (I didn't want to wait for shipping). When I tried to leave, they tried to bargain with me by saying they can actually sell it for a lesser price. Of course they can. They just realized that I'm not willing to be ripped off that much so they tried to rip me off for a tiny bit less. I never thought that a retailer in the metropolis mall would try to bargain with me (in a blatant attempt of exploitation). Cannot ever recommend this place to anyone.

After been to few stores at Metropolitan Mall, I went to Cellicon. The people there are amazing, I would call them artists. The person did a fabulous work on my iPad & Apple Pencil with the dBrand skin. I had this skin ordered from dBrand and everyone refused me that they won’t help me to apply the skin on my iPad and Apple Pencil. Cellicon helped me apply the skin on my iPad and I am Very happy with his customer service as well. The person treated me very respectfully. It took the employee about 20-30 minutes to install the skin and throughout the time he engaged me with a conversation and still didn’t loose any focus in his work. He kept a complete balance between greeting other customers and working on my iPad & Apple Pencil. He is a great guy.

Very unprofessional, doesnt even wear mask properly, doesn't respect customers appointment and tries to help everyone at the same time, he told me to pay first and come back after 2 hours and when I did he asked for another hour and when I told him I can't he said ok just wait 10 minutes here and while I was waiting he left my phone and started helping 2 other people.And when I asked him about my phone he just handed me my phone and money back without apology. Bad experience and I don't recommend it.
