She is kid friendly, cheerful, and gave good advise!
My daughter was very nervous of the ear piercing, but Caitlin made her feel easier.
At first, I worried about the cleanliness at Claire's, and afraid they were not professional. However, Caitlin changed my thoughts.
She sanitized everything. Table and tools were cleaned. She carefully marked the ear, and explained to me every step she did.
Since we did both ears at the same time, she reminded the other staff to wash hands and put on gloves upon arriving at the station.
I would definitely recommend Claire's to others!

β β β β β Worst place to have your child's ears pierced. They did a terrible job and would not even own up to their mistake. They don't even have a policy on repiercing. I've heard 3 versions of their so called "policy" and at the end of the day, they want me to pay for a new set of earrings to have my child's ear repierced. You people are a joke.

β β β β β i didn't know you guys were open to bellybutton piercings its healed well and i didn't have any problems going to the back and putting a bag over my head i dont know why it took so long and i have a huge scar near my abdomen but it was worth it thank you for the painfully great experience ?

β β β β β Ridiculous customer service. the lady who was working today demanded for a care card in order to get ear piercings, provided her student ID and care card photo with the numbers. (Not sure what the big deal is if we already showed our identity???). Doesn't want to accomodate at all. Very unhelpful. Anyways, save yourself the trouble because they sell cheap cheap jewelry that will turn green ?

β β β β β Ear piercing was done poorly as it was uneven on one side. They didnβt bother with compensation for a mistake they made. They expect me to pay full price for a new earring in order to get my ears re-pierced. This is ridiculous. The manager also had a bad attitude.

β β β β β Centrally located in Metrotown Mall. The mall was closing but they still let us come in to take a quick look. There were not a lot of deals and the prices are high. The store looked cluttered. My daughter loves the stuffy she bought there.
