Roger is very knowledgeable about watches and was very kind in showing my girlfriend and I watches that were clearly out of our price range. We didn't buy anything and didn't feel any sales pressure. We simply enjoyed our time here and enjoyed tidbits of Roger's knowledge
W	Winnie Peng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will NEVER step foot into the shop ever. We went there to shop for wedding bands and that basically was the worst shopping experience ever. The salesman was simply rude and made us feel very unwelcomed. We specifically told him we want platinum wedding bands, and he practically told us only "Royals" can wear it because they don't need to do anything themselves. SERIOUSLY??? We asked if we can customize the style of the wedding bands, and he started to tell us a story about copyrights and how his friend got into prison because of it. This is how you sell to customer????? He claims he has over decades of experience in the industry, he sure doesn't act like one. (I did not catch his name, but it's a Chinese middle age man. I went to the shop in the afternoon on July 11th, 2021)

Thank you for Dorison to helping me to choose, I bought a gorgeous pearl mikimoto pendant for my niece. My niece absolutely loved it! Would definitely go back to see her for all my future gifts and maybe something for myself too
A	Amar Pal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheesy & Confrontational salesman. I popped in to look at watches and the sales agent was incredibly off putting. I was looking at Glushutte watches and wanted to see a particular model. Things I learned from him in this odd 3 minute interaction: 1) They're the only company that makes a stainless steel watch with blue dial. Except of course Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Breitling, Vacheron, Patek, AP, & you know, everyone else. 2) Thin watches are bad and thick watches are good. Top watch manufacturers spend endless hours trying to make movements thinner, but this guy knows better apparently. 3) Glushutte isn't German, they're Swiss. Someone better tell the manufacturer and their marketing department Then he started talking about his 20 years in the industry like he was applying for a job form me or trying to prove how knowledgeable he was. All of these points were unnecessary and prompted by him for no reason. I wasn't looking for a battle of horology or argument, I just wanted to look at a watch. No idea whey he wanted to go into such tangents to flex his position. I have purchased watches at many Vancouver stores including Palladio, Rodeo, Vacheron Constintan and IWC and inquired at every other watch store in the city and never had such a weird encounter. Sounds like the same middle ages Asian man other reviews here have mentioned. Maybe he's just a bad apple and not representative of the other staff, but I would never buy anything from him, not even a used car.

I could not be happier having gone there. Upon entering, I was greeted by a Asian sales lady by the name of Dorison. I am very please by her customer service. I had alot of questions, and she was very knowledgeable in answering them. I really appreciate her patience in showing me the different styles of rings and especially in explaining their custom made and hand craft wedding bands they could make for us in which I’m very impressed about, and looking forward in purchasing. I went to many jewelry stores in the past few weeks, and to my surprise, only Dorison followed up with me a few weeks after. This made me feel very important as a customer. No doubt, montecristo is where to go, and I highly recommend Dorison! Cheers
