★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband & I met with Gabriella Weisbom Oct 18/21 as we were referred by one of my colleagues. We didn’t know what to expect coming from a referral. We were completely amazed by the service she provided. She was not pushy, very informative knows many different aspects of insurance and answered all our questions perfectly. Her follow up call the next day was to confirm a few things was perfect and to the point and eased our minds. A very positive person to deal with, we highly recommend this company and are happy with our decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially it was great service. He ended up having two different agents in the end. The services were explained very well. What it entails and the reoccurring costs. It's odd though we started out with a very affordable policy. We had a new born that we wanted to add and it almost doubled... It was crazy. If you don't qualify for the the illness benefit don't bother. We decided to cancel. By the end there were over a dozen policies all stating the same thing. We went to cancel. We sent it in via email and by post. The payments stopped for a month. Couple weeks after we submitted our cancellation we called to confirm and they told us yep all your policies have been canceled. Couple weeks later all of a sudden some money was taken out of our account. It was ail. We called and again confirmed that all our policies were canceled and they said yes all your policies are canceled. This sounds more like an issue for the bank you need to call them and get a transit number. Instead we went to the bank and put a stop payments on our account for American income Life. We called again shortly after to confirm again that our policies were in fact canceled. Yes ma'am yes sir they're all canceled. So my wife got a letter today with yet another new policy that we had no idea about. And apparently neither did American income Life. So what is this insurance fraud or just stupidity. How can your system not see if something's been canceled renewed is new. Do not get a policy here! I don't want to say anything rude but it's a damn shame that their head office is in Waco Texas. Extremely incompetent and extremely illiterate.

I told her couldn't afford it at the moment.
She emailed me back and told me they had other plans! I returned her email telling her NO I wanted to cancel and I would put a stop payment at the bank if I had to! She said fine!
I thought it was over!!! Wrong! They continued to take my money! When I contacted her she told me that I hadn't read the fine print and didn't cancel properly!
I highly would Not recommend them!
