I had gotten the run around from a number of companies and was promised call backs that never happened. Frank took care of my needs in a prompt manner. I HIGHLY recommend Frank Chan and community insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I bought the travel insurance I was told policy at any time after it is in effect and the premium will be calculated by the day and refunded to me. On the 11th I went to the brokerage: community insurance. Address: unit:3-4429 Kingsway, burnaby, BC V5H 2A1. The insurance policy I bought is with Allianz, policy number is 144469565
They now playing tough and told me they are going to keep my money. I don’t know in this situation what I should do. I Am feeling Very upset, this kind of cheating fraud needs to be regulated. This is not the way business should operate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ! 5 stars ??.This time it was my second visit there. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative as before. I went there by 5.50 pm to add my friends name into my insurance and it was almost their closing time. Unfortunately due to some glitches in the system my records were not showing up. But Jackquelin stayed extra time to sort out the problem. Other staff were also help-full .Surely recommend Community insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with many insurance brokers. This location is the best I've experienced by a long shot.
It didn't matter who I dealt with, whenever I walked in I was greeted warmly and left satisfied with the level of professionalism and care.
They have always taken the time to help me with issues patiently.
I used to live close by them but now I am all the Maple Ridge.
What is absolutely amazing is that they are always on top of my insurance expiry dates and take the time to contact me and let me know.
Eventhough I am in Maple Ridge, they have made it as if I didn't move at all. They have done e everything electronically so that I didn't have to drive all the way to Burnaby.
I highly recommend these guys, especially if you have had bad experiences with insurance brokers.
