I almost called the cops to this place...THIS place should have an option for negative rating stars. The Groupon they have for haircuts or anything else THEY WILL NEVER USE THE COUPON AND JUST MAKE EXCUSES AND MAKE U PAY MORE. I got here and my experience was horrible the owner and the hairdresser, Molly I believe both were verbally aggressive and showed NO RESPECT to customers. I had an appointment at 3:30 and I got there 3:35 the first thing I said was I was sorry for the delay but they just aggressively refused to do my hair saying it's late they said my Groupon was "for short hair" whereas the coupon didn't mention that the owner tried to get money out from me by saying the coupon doesn't include haircut and actually asked his hairdresser to check on my phone if I was lying about it or not!...and when I refused their offer of "discounting the amount I paid for my Groupon from the total price they were quoting me and forcing me not to use my coupon" they said things like "well we didn't call u here u called us" but u guys are a service provider...yes I called to book an appointment that's how it works.....NO RESPECT AND THEY DONT EVEN TRUST THEIR CUSTOMERS. Owner might even end up trying to hit u if u talk back to him 100% of your customers love you because you guys write your own reviews on google! FAKE REVIEWS ALERT WOW I thought in the response the owner would thank me for not calling the cops on him while he and his ill mannered hairdresser Molly were screaming at me in the salon saying but instead they have the audacity to say I was "black listed? " WHAT?! how much are you going to lie to people? I live in that area and roam freely and just so you know your coupon does say it includes a haircut which the owner said "I had to pay separately for" I have screen shotted and left it here for people to decide. I never once demanded free services I offered to pay separate for highlights stop lying and trying to cover up. Also I did not show up an hour late and did not miss any appointments. So if you could lie less in your responses it would be more credible or do you not know how reviews work in the first place?

He charged me $18 for the manโ€™s short hair cut, only 10 mins.Also, before the haircut, I put $3 tip in front, so the total is $21, but in front of his store, the ad shows $14 for man, $16 for woman, if I remembered correctly. The worst part is when I went home and washed my hair, the trick spot, almost the end of my head, a bunch of hair standing out so obviously, where I canโ€™t see but he can see! So I have to use a mirror against mirror and cut that bunch of hair myself!!!!!

Poor quality. This is a cheap quality of an ordinary hair salon. My hair cut was 10 min, the child cut the hair for only 6 minutes. (so in Europe it was minimum 1 hour with datails) It was Rough! There is no approach to children. He answered my wishes: who is the hairdresser here??? Itโ€™s VERRY dirty in the salon - walked through the hair from the enter into the seat. Master cuted it crookedly. A real barber first learns with his hands the structure of the head and other details in order to understand if there are any things to be careful, questions about details - naturally this was not !!! The master does not know what thinning shears are and why they are needed. Trimming an elderly man with Elvis's hairdo. The work was done crookedly and askew, it seemed to me that he already sees poorly. I asked him to do a hairstyle as in the photo next to him, he did a completely different one for me, and then he was indignant at what I wanted for this money? - Like with your wishes go to another salon. It is unfortunate that due to competition, customers are not appreciated here. Sorry - I do not recommend the salon.

John (the owner) has been in business for over 25 years, and has been giving me great haircuts for the last 10. While he's implemented all of the Covid restrictions, his business may not last another 3 months, because hair styles are not on the top of anyone's minds these days. Good luck, John!

My experience was great and the staff were very nice. I used a Groupon for my cut and they did not overcharge nor expect tips from me. I got a cut with John and afterwards he offered me the same Groupon price for my next cut which was very nice and generous of him. The establishment was run down and did not look welcoming nor was it a place I would want to get a haircut. I definitely would not get a cut there for regular price. Plus looking at the other reviews, there were customers with negative experiences including overcharging for services, ignoring customer requests, etc that discouraged me from going there again despite my good experience. If they lowered their price and had cuts for $10 no strings attached, then I wouldn't mind becoming a regular customer.

The owner was very rude. When I approached the Asian hairdresser to ask if he can accommodate me while my mom is getting her hair done, he stopped cutting his customer's hair and rushed to me telling me I am not supposed to and that I have to book with Mona. The signs says, "Walk Ins Welcome!" But it didn't seem to be that way. He continuous to explain that for the Asian haidresser "only his special customers. The rest is through Mona." Even the hairdresser was surprised. Also, he doesnt disinfect the chair he used from the previous customer. He would just use the blow dryer to get rid of the hair on the chair. My mom's hair cut was ok. Mona didn't listen to my mom's wish of cutting her hair short (bob cut). My mom showed her a picture and Mona kept telling my mom the hairstyle in the picture is long and not a short bob cut. Makes me believe Mona and John are not competent enough to cut anyone's hair. Even John's hair cut need an upgrade (or maybe change his name to Elvis?) Wish there's negative stars to rate this establishment.

I walked in the older guy goes " how can I help you? " I go can I get my beard done, just lines and trim. He goes " no sorry, as long as they mask on face I no can do my friend, mask finish you come back" BUT he wasn't even wearing a mask ??โ€โ™‚๏ธ
