β β β β β I did not even go into this office because my experience on the phone was so terrible. Condescending, snappy, and gave me false information...not what you want from someone selling you insurance. Don't even bother calling them.

β β β β β Good agent, but I called ahead to get instructions for wheelchair access. It was completely wrong. A kind woman from Bed, Bath and Beyond helped me find the correct elevator. Not acceptable.

β β β β β I have been there twice and nothing to complain about. My first visit was solely by accident not referral and I greeted pleasantly by the young fellow. I was in & out in 15 minutes. I found it above average it to mention the location of the office that is so convenient
The 2nd visit to their office was Just last Friday and I was extremely happy with service both quality and time wise. I was again greeted very respectfully by NAV the person who serve me. He was knowledgeable and was not shy to tell me on how to pick the options where I could save money that made sense and how I could use the available discounts to me.
Pleasant, casual and up to the par.
I am going back again because of experience this employee has,
If I donβt get the same service the next time,
I will add to my future Postings

β β β β β We had to sit for 20 minutes for them to fill out the insurance for us and then told us after they donβt take cash. Donβt waste your time coming here. So many other nearby places to grab our insurance. Their excuse is because of Covid but itβs not even spread through touching cash.

β β β β β Been here a few times for my ICBC renewals. Folks have been super helpful and accommodative. They have saved me a good amount of money and have always given me sound advice. Even when I landed there without an appointment during COVID times, I was in and out in 15 min.
I see reviews that talk about old service people, not picking up the phone, wrong direction to the elevator! Absolutely irrelevant. What you want is competence and care, and folks here have displayed that consistently.

β β β β β Been coming here for renewals for the past years and the experience has been great until this year. The new team is unfriendly and uses a condescending tone to communicate. Will take my business elsewhere going forward where the experience feels less transactional.

β β β β β Never come to here. They will only waste your time. Feel so disappointed! Every single sentence they say to you makes you feel fool! Even reporting to the manager, nothing works! Such bad experience! They will also tell you that their inspector need to come for your own good and you canβt even to say no! It is unbelievable that they say they need to inspect the house, and you have to let them in ! It is my own space and I donβt even have the right to refuse a person to come in?

β β β β β I purchased home insurance last July. And today they suddenly ask for my house inspection report, which is annoying, and force me to schedule a house inspect with them, why do I have to? It doesnβt make any sense. Worst experience with insurance company ever. I strongly suggest people not going to Cooperators.
