β β β β β Adriana or Ariana girl who works there is super rude . Me and my friend went to go look at shoes. My friend had been drooling over a particular pair of wedges for months and so we went in to try them on.
Once in the store, guys... I can't even begin to explain how rude this girl was to my friend. She was very short tempered and patronizing. She refused to help us with anything and was incredibly dismissive. I was very disappointed in the services and felt incredibly offended. I work in customer service, too, and I'd be fired almost immediately if someone heard me treat a customer like that.

β β β β β I went in Tuesday (October 8th) to return a pair of shoes, the young lady working that afternoon was pleasant and very friendly! Even though itβs very difficult to find my shoe size , itβs always enjoyable coming to this location.

β β β β β I like this shoe store because you get to try out and finally buy a pair of shoes in relative peace. It is practically empty almost all the time unlike the other shoe stores you might find nearby. However, I am giving this store just three stars. The lady who stays at the counter didnβt include a custom 30% off coupon code that we had with us while billing our order. She said that the so-called 30% off has already been added to the bill. But, we compared the prices with the online store and then found out that the cashier purposefully lied to us about adding the 30% off. Also there was a $10 off for first time customers offer running at the time we made the purchase. Once again we were denied the $10 off because according to the cashier the offer is available only for new customers. We were making our very first shoe purchase from this store for the very first time in our lives and we were entitled to the offer. But we didnβt get this offer too.
