Customer experience was terrible! An associate helped me with getting a few sizes out to try on but she never got back to me after that and started talking to her peers while I was waiting for her. Even tried to get her attention and I didn't feel like I was worth her time so I chose not to purchase the shoes after all. A real shame - I used to buy my shoes and boots from here all the time!

This store usually provides somewhat decent service, and the staff are generally okay. That being said, I can't say I can recommend shopping here given a recent experience I had at the store. I was looking to buy shoes (Stan Smiths), and three of these shoes were near one another. One of the shoes had a discounted price, so I assumed that this discounted price applied to all three of those shoes. However, when I brought it up to the clerk, I was surprised to find out that only one pair of those shoes were on sale. With this in mind, I told the clerk I didn't want the shoes and proceeded to leave; however, while walking with my mom out of the store the cashier called us "cheap". It was really insulting, especially since the cashier didn't have the courage to say it to my face. I really hope that management focuses on hiring employees who are courteous and respectful to customers, otherwise I feel like this business will most likely have a difficult "journey" ahead.

Before coming into the store, the reviews kinda threw me off thinking that the staff arent welcoming and helpful. but after coming to the store, i felt very welcomed and i greeted by the manager, charles! he was very helpful and he knew what style suited me. but besides the fact that he brought out too many options for shoes which i found very odd, i still ended up leaving the store with two shoes and socks! their socks are AMAZING!! i hope to come back later on in the future.

My experiences at journeys have been okay, and I’m surprised by all the other reviews. I guess it really depends on who you have working that day, but management needs to train their staff better so that everyone has a positive experience. What elevated my experience was one very helpful girl who was able to help me purchase a pair of shoes that I wasn’t intending on keeping, but I did, because her customer service was top-notch. She was so helpful and understood how to make the system of the shipping fee work for the customer...when someone goes beyond what they β€œhave” to do, it makes your purchases so much better.

I am phoning the manager tomorrow about my experience with the horrible staff and service. I ordered in shoes to get my size, and I was told there was a $5 coupon to offset the shipping cost and I could do a return when I got them and then use the coupon to save the shipping fee. That sounded like a fair deal to me because otherwise I wasn't going to order the shoes. Why would I pay extra for shipping? First, I never got a call they arrived. I checked my tracking number to see the shoes had been sitting at the store for 3 days. Second, I tried to do the return and use the coupon and now I was being told that wasn't allowed. The girl who originally rang up my order was there and said "I didn't think she'd actually come back and try it..." and then told me I can't use the coupon until next time. I said you are the one who told me I could on this order and that's why I placed the order. She said no "her bad". I asked for a manager. The manager was not in, but the "co manager" was... It was the girl who lied to me about the coupon usage. Glad she knows how everything at the store works. I returned the shoes because I was angry about the situation and now I am still out the shipping cost that she lied about. They wouldn't refund for it and I feel totally scammed. I will never shop at the store ever again. Don't ever order shoes in to a store!! ** UPDATE : I phoned and the manager was not there, so they took my name and number and said a manager would call me. 4 days later nothing. I am now in touch with their website customer service.

I love this store! But often there shoes are sold out. You can buy them online I got a pair and they fit great! You should probably buy them online, fits great and recommend!! They also have deluxe quality of customer service! Staff are very helpful as always! :)

Had a great experience today. I checked out with I think his name was Chase? I bought some doc's and an online order for vans, he was very helpful and friendly. This is always my go-to store for shoes. :)

This store has the best team to support you in finding the best pair of shoes for your journey! Great costumer care and attention to details! Lovely staff and a really versatile collection to choose from. Highly recommend.
