A	Amrit Bisla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend! I went at the start of March 2022 to get a custom suit made for my brothers wedding which is in may 2022. I was told the suit would be here in 6 weeks. I called today to see when my suit will be here because it had been more then 6 weeks just to find out the fabric was out of stock. No one called to inform me or make arrangements for a new suit. Instead I found out two weeks before my brothers wedding that they cannot get me the suit after I had to contact then myself. Two weeks left till the wedding and all they can do is refund me my money.

I was originally going to rent a suit for my wedding but ended purchasing a made to measure suit and to follow my groomsmen got theirs as well. 10/10.

This place used to be great, but in the last several months, Indochino has been declining in service, quality and shipping. They will call me in to say the suit is ready and when I go there, they forgot to do some adjustments. I'm not the only one. I cancelled a party of 15 and went elsewhere.
J	Jonathan Feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zandrew was very patient and very professional. Went in for a 1 hour measurement session and he was very swift and knowledgeable about suits. I later found out he’s the area manager so he did get pulled away a few times during our session to answer questions or to confirm measurements made by other staff. I’m not too worried about that as I needed some time to decide materials and lining and such. I enjoyed my time there.

R	Rustin Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a measurement appointment today, extremely unpleasant experience for reasons below: The staff was unprofessional and impatient. Initially the staff didn't want to do the actual measurement because they have it from my wedding tuxedo last year. BUT I would like to have a different fit and style this time for a daily outfit, so I insisted. From her face I knew she wasn't happy, and I neither. She skimmed through the process with very little attention to details. Why? because she was basically copying most of the numbers, I doubt the actuaries and I know I have lost some weight since last time. The communication was unclear and I had a hard time understanding what her instructions. The appointment was supposed to be 1 full hour, but it was pushed under 30 min with so much hostile. I used to like Indochino, we had a great experience buying our wedding tuxedo from them. The staff was brilliant about their service and he was super patient for explaining the details about custom suit and different fit / measurement. BUT be aware, things have changed there now, I can hardly recommend their service to others since my experience was barely acceptable.
R	Rino Minni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy I decided to go with Indochino for my wedding & groomsmen suits. Customer service was exceptional, and a big part of that was cause Of Philip. He was informative and knew a lot about the modern suit styles. He was a big part in helping me with the colour I ended up choosing for my suit which i am very happy with the turnout. He’s also been extremely helpful to my groomsmen when they have gone in for their fittings. I highly recommend Indochino to everyone.
