★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the WORST H&M in BC. The worst. Messy, loud, too small, people squeeze in their hallways. I go there once a month (unfortunately the closest h&m from my house) and the hand sanitizer they keep in front of main door is always empty. Please, H&M directors, Metrotown is the biggest mall in Bc, how is it possible that there is the worst H&M ever?! Poor employees are always looking annoyed and frustrated by that forever mess. Please, please do something. You guys are losing money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I see a lot of recent reviews saying the worst customer service experience they had. I also had very unpleasant experience at this location. Under-trained staff gave me the wrong information. Not helpful manager or supervisor whoever I met did not know how to make the situation better. No one seemed sorry for wasting my time, because they do not know teamwork and do not care about the customers. It's not you, it was her, right? Amazing! Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my day. It was such a great experience so I deleted H&M apps from my phone. There are so many alternative choices to H&M and I do not want to spend a penny here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is pretty big with life music or radio provided. Price is not bad. Employees are nice and friendly. Check out time is normal. Credit cards accepted. Fitting rooms available. Located inside of Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available. Easy access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time round was on a mission to find a particular item. H&M staff either busy or on break. There weren't many to be seen so hightailed it out of there to hit another place hoping for success. Ultimately, the mission was classified as a failure ;-(. Until the next salvo which comes tomorrow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of variety for men, women and kids. The summer clothes have just dropped in and its fab!! It is a 2 floor store in Metropolis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What kind of clothing store closes all of the dressing rooms for customers? If you are going to use covid as an excuse, then there should be no returns allowed, limits to number of customers in the store, masks required in the premises. If you are not following the other safety measures- then the closure of dressing rooms is just laziness on the store’s part!
