Also greatly appreciate the lady who went through the trouble of bringing a ladder to fulfill my request of grabbing a shirt hanged on the wall for me. cheers!

Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available.

m	mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude customer service! I came here last week with my girlfriend who was making a return. The white lady with eyelash extensions that had colours in it and brown hair was extremely rude to her, and had a massive attitude. My girlfriend was only returning around $50 worth of items so it wasn't a lot of stuff, but she kept rolling her eyes and sighing during the entire transaction which was very unprofessional! My girlfriend was also very polite during the transaction, she never once had an attitude back at her but she just did not seem like she enjoyed her job very much. Unfortunately, we will no longer be returning here because this was very unprofessional, and urban planet needs to train their employees better. we don't expect amazing service, we don't even expect you to be polite, but we do not appreciate the negative attitude.

Some lady wearing a checkered flannel, brown hair (no name tag) rudely pointed to the counter and told me to put my item down there. She seemed so dead inside, I've attached a picture of a receipt to this review to show the time, cashier/sales person #138569. Terrible customer service.... Pro tip don't work in customer service if you're lame at serving customers.
