★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Will never shop at an Ardene again. I love the super soft lounge wear. It was marked at 20% off but when the cashier scanned it rang at full price. She asked the manager and the manager rudely dismissed it basically saying take it or leave it. Needless to say I left it of course but honestly could've been more professional about it didn't have to be so rude. I'm so done with Ardene awful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i visit there, very bad experience because two of the women working there was steering at me when I entered there and it felt bad to me that why they are doing so.,coz of my skin color or their thoughts on me like i try to steal something ?how it could be I’m regular visitor in the metro thats why I’m giving zero review to ardene ?I shared my experience with my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were signs throughout the store advertising “Buy more save more”. The sign said if I spent fifty dollars I would receive 20% off. However, my purchase did not receive the discount when I examined my receipt after. I asked the clerk why I didn’t get the discount. She said the sale ended the day before. I told her there are still signs throughout the store advertising the sale. The signs didn’t have dates that I could see. She said they hadn’t gotten around to removing the signs.
It is dishonest of the store to leave up the signage if they don’t want to honor the promotion. I am very unhappy about this experience. I emailed customer service and received only a form letter in response.
Update: Apr 7 2022, the store replied to my review here, but the reply was not helpful. As I stated, I already received a less-than-helpful email from customer service. I wish I could give less than one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have really opened up this store and made it more handicap accessible! Very happy to be able to watch my wife use her mobility scooter here finally. It used to be so crowded a regular person could barely walk through without knocking something off the racks.
