The store is clean, staff super friendly but it's sad very few customers. My hope is they lower prices as I think they have wonderful products and clothing. I remember when The Bay was full of customers. I hope it returns to that. Love shopping Canadian

It is 3 years we have been trying to reach our voice out to The Bay company as a loyal customer and God we have never been this much disappointed. We bought an expensive mattress in 2018, after less than a year the block of foam in both sides started to sag and losing its firmness, leaving us with zero support for our backs! Complete disappointment. We asked for help and they sent an specialist to check. The way they examine the mattress is a very primitive, rusty and ridicules method, with an string hanging on the mattress to see if it is dented deep(????). Company replies back "Your request is rejected and you can apply again after 6 months" Me and my husband both experienced back pain after 1st year of using this mattress. Do not recommend them, their customer support and specifically their line of mattresses.

I bought Good Girl and Giorgio Armani Profumo. Anita helped me in the whole process of selecting the perfumes & also guided me in getting 15% off on my bill by applying for the Hudson Bay card. On top of it she gave me few sample perfumes. Definitely planning to buy Chanel this time. She provided a top notch service. Thanks to her.

Sadly they've emaciated their suit section. Lots of overpriced euro brands with little in the way of style options in dress shirts. Sadly the death of department stores is coming too soon for my liking. I miss the days of going into these shops and seeing tons of people and loads of high energy. Staff wasn't very helpful, mostly standing around talking to their colleagues while I wandered around aimlessly. In the end I went to Banana Republic and had a wonderful fellow wait on me (basically) hand and foot. Bought some amazing dress shirts and paid roughly the same or cheaper.

I’ve lived in the neighbourhood pretty much my entire life so this was always my go to location for the Bay. Yes, usually it’s a little disorganized compared to other locations such as Oakridge for example, but I’ve never really had a bad shopping experience here. I’ve bought some of my favourite clothes here that I’ve been wearing for years and yes they’re a little pricey but you get good quality that lasts a long time. I decided to write this review now because of my most recent experience at this location which was great. I bought my boyfriend a watch for Christmas but it started malfunctioning about 3 months later which was already past the 90 day return period. I came to the store anyway to see if I can at least get it repaired and the lady at the watch counter (think her name may have been Efi?) was super helpful. I didn’t have certain info about my order because too much time had elapsed since I purchased it online, but she called the customer service line and quickly got the numbers I was missing in order to process me an exchange for the watch. Even though I bought the watch on sale, I was able to get it exchanged right on the spot without any additional payments. My boyfriend was so happy because he really loves the watch and we got it refitted right on the spot at their watch service for free. I am so impressed with the customer service I received for this issue, very professional and quick. We’ve had the new watch for a month now and it seems to be working fine.

Great store. I used to love shopping at Amazon but now I prefer to shop in person where you can see and feel the items before purchasing. Not to mention I prefer supporting local stores and Bezos doesn't get any more of my money. This store has great Optical and Watch repair department as well.
