★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at 5:30pm to purchase a shampoo and conditioner($80.42), within an hour I came back as I decided I changed my mind and the person said no refunds. She had not told me this was the policy and no where on my receipt does it states that as well. She gave me the merchant copy of the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time to get a haircut at Zennkai Salon at Metrotown mall. It was an excellent customer service. The receptionist gave me a price detail or the haircut and they took me in eventhough I don't have an appointment as I just want a quick haircut that day. I explained to the hairdresser, Diane is her name, what cut I want and showed her a picture. Diane is very professional, she discussed with me the cut and the length. She's very friendly and it make me feel that I'm a regular client eventhough it's my first time going there. The best part is, I got the haircut that I wanted. I really love my haircut and my friends & co-workers love it too. Diane is also knowledgeable with the hair products in their salon , she recommended a product to me to fix the thinning part of my hair. I highly recommend Diane, she's a professional and fun to talk too (I never got bored while she's cutting my hair). I recommend Zennkai Salon too because they have fair pricing than other salons.

I live in Montreal & shipping was incredibly quick, so thank you :) I just dealt with an online order from another local hair salon/retailer here (Matt&Max) with all the wrong products in my parcel, so I'm pleased to have had this shipment turn out fine. Diane is my hairstylist and she did a great job fixing my severely damaged hair due to bleaching a few months ago. Diane knew right away what to do when i sent her a photo of my hair. She recommended what to do and at the same time she listened to what i like my hair to look like. Diane is very friendly and knows what she is doing. She is very knowledgeable too about hair care and hair products. I would definitely have her do my hair forever. I highly recommend her service. ❤️
