T	Tiffany on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible do not go here ever! I had three hair cuts here from three different people and they all managed to mess my hair up. One girl knew how bad of a job she did that she gave me a discount and a future discount too. Other hair salons in metro town mall are much better than this place will ever be. I basically had to cut my own hair after each visit just to fix my hair. I had long strands of hair at lengths they shouldn't have been. If you want rude people and terrible service with salon people who are angry and rude who splash water all on your shirt while washing your hair by all means go here. The person cutting my hair continuously dropped five or more combs in a row. She even dropped the pair of scissors on my front too. And I swear the piles of hair on the ground could have made a rug. I hate this place and warn everyone against going here ever again.

I have also seen a stylist named Jen for an up-do. Never disappointed with the service or the bill at the end. Pricing seems reasonable for the amount of time required of the stylists. I will be having my make up done for a holiday party next weekend and will update this review accordingly.

Ioanna is awesome at pixie (short) haircuts ( <3 ) , Christine gave me a very informative consultation for the Keratin Hair Treatment and took the time to answer all of my questions, and Yen did an amazing job with the Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening. Their pricing is really good too (not super expensive) considering the service you receive here! Thanks ladies :)

I called, was told to come back and got very unfriendly service when I did. Not only did she not properly fix my hair (I had to go to another salon to have it fixed) she then tried to charge me to dry my hair despite the hassle. Very pretentious atmosphere. I even attempted to email my complaint and was ignored. Probably the worst experience I ever had with a hairdresser.

The stylist, whom did not give her name, was unhelpful in offering tips or suggestions as to new hair cut or styling ideas for my hair. She did not respect my wishes when requesting not to cut my hair dry. I have curly thin hair that had been in an up do with lots of gel the previous two days and experienced alot of uneven breakage from the winter weather, so I wanted to start with a blunt cut. She did the initial trim well wet then told me she would dry my hair to check it..then proceeded to straighten my hair (which I never requested) and started layering my hair. She removed all the curl from my hair then cut it...I am not one to straighten my hair but she didn't listen. After all that she said have a good day when I said I did not want a straight hair style and my hair needs leave in conditioner. She was quiet annoyed at me and added some curls with a curling iron and hairspray (no conditioner). Two hours after leaving my hair was a puff storm as it doesn't hold straightening well, especially when it's so dry and with little products to hold it. All my curls were broken and I had to deep condition repeatedly throughout the week to repair the damage. As for the haircut I have to deal with the dreaded curly triangle of doom which is not flattering for a chubby face. When I went back the next day and requested a refund they denied me, manager/owner would call but week and a half still no call. Recommend to avoid a place a client isn't listened to.

I have really curly hair and have had a lot of bad haircuts from people who don't understand how to work with curls. I felt like she really got it though. She was very clear about how she would do the cut and talked me through everything she was doing throughout. She was very friendly as well. Also, she does an amazing head massage after the hair wash! I was so relaxed after I almost didn't want to move! The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but I am happy to pay it for someone that knows what she's doing!

I was unhappy with the color from my previous stylist in another salon & read some good reviews online about Revolutions, so thought I would give it a try. Emma was amazing - she understood my issues, did a consult & made recommendations. I'm just thrilled with the outcome. She is thoroughly professional & highly skilled & would absolutely recommend Emma.

Kelbey helped me to create a beautiful ombre, she save my hair with a good treatment and I just want to to thanks her, she is very professional and creative and I´m very happy with my hair now.
