Her response? "I know what guys want.. I know what im doing".
She continued regardless of my feedback or requests. Very rude and condescending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to this place for getting a hair cut but then changed to another place nearby. The reason was the way I was treated. First of all you would always feel that the way you are treated after each hair cut is highly dependent on the amount of tip you pay. next is every time I sat on the chair to get my hair cut, the owner would start talking in their native language with other people around, imagine how you would feel 5 people around you laughing and you have no clue what is going on, the least you could say is that this is not polite. The quality is medium, if you are into weird styles like round-cut and top-tall kind of style, coloring, and similar trends, this could be the place for you.
Also in a separate note be advised that the prices are before tax, you see $18, but you get charged more. I must say the chair is cosy and decoration is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like what I got here. I went there because my boyfriend always got his hair done with Tony. Some of my colleagues has recommended it too. I showed the pic and I got almost exact the same! I got 5 star haircut with very fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking along Kingsway near Metrotown, saw this place. Not busy, 2 barbers, 1 customer. I entered to try to get some information to see whether to make an appointment there, the older barber said "we won't cut hair for you" before I finished asking. Very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stylist rents a chair at this salon, I have been going to her for 20 years as of this year! She is a perfectionist, and very experienced. I've had long (8+ inches) to very short, she's always been able to give me exactly what I want, cut and color. Salon is bright and spacious. Conveniently located across the street from Metrotown. While they accept walk ins, the stylists are ususally busy with clients when they're in - call ahead for an appointment.
