Walked out the door to go to my car & 3 stores down was another phone case store, he had the identical cover for $10 cheaper & in the color I wanted. I went right back to the expensive store & asked for a refund as I had only walked out 1 minute earlier, he wouldn't give a refund even tho he knew when I purchased it I did not like it however it was the only one out of at least 1500. NOT HAPPY.

w	woah bananas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service with unprofessional staff. told me i'd be able to get my phone fully fixed by tomorrow afternoon, when the time came around they said "we didn't have that part. told me they'll send my phone to a "lab" to get it fixed while they had it in the drawer of the desk. do not ever go there, they're out for your money with the no refund policy.

The first was my iPhone and while it was being repaired, I was offered another phone to use in the interim. Additionally, since it was an older model, I was offered the heavy-duty phone case on the replacement phone for my phone at no additional cost. My most recent visit was for my Samsung that suddenly turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I brought the phone in as a walk in. I asked if the sim card could be put into my older model phone, so I would still have a phone. I was told that he would need to diagnose the issue and to leave the phone. I received a call about 30 minutes later that it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I was heading out of town and came back to pick it up two days later without issue. The problem was resolved and for only $50. Other places would definitely have charged more and would have been less flexible. The prices are more than reasonable for their efficient service! Thank you so much for your wonderful Service.Five start…. Highly recommended!
O	OwenQuipo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place to go for your device to be fixed, I went to the store to get my phone screen fixed, it cracked in the corner and was very minor crack. We gave it too the men in the front desk and said we needed it by Monday because we were leaving back to the states on that day. He said the latest the phone would be fixed is 5 pm the day after I handed it in. The next day we got to the store to pick up my device and they did not have the device ready. We had an argument with the men and they said that they would get a missing piece and would try to fix it in time. When the men called and said it was ready the phone was ready, the screen did not have any cracks in it. However, the brightness was locked on the lowest and we could not see the screen. It turns out that the man fixing my device removed the old lcd by force and in the process cutting the face id feature and brightness cords out of the mainframe. Overall this experience was not pleasant, the service was horrible, they accused us of being raciest because we needed to explain what our complaint was to him. The work was poor, my phone ended up not getting fixed, and the men were rude. if you see any good 5 star reviews on this, then the posts are from the men that work there, you can tell from the overly formal grammar and lack of intel with their experience.

When they finally got it the phone had NOT been repaired. Took several days longer to fix the phone which was a huge inconvenience. Lovely kind gentlemen but extremely unprofessional.
P	Pochian Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!! We are in the process of reporting them to the Business Bureau and Metrotown Management. No store like this should be in the major shopping center like Metrotown to scam people's money. Our phone only had minor crack and after their "repair", they cut the FaceID and make the phone completely unusable. This showed how little knowledge they had about iPhone. They first refused to refund us in full, and tried to get away from what they did. They were dishonest and had no respect to their customers. We are sharing the bad experience to all our social media as well. We hope no one should receive their service because they really don't know what they are doing. They should not run business to cheat people.

The staff is unprofessional at all. Do not waste time and money. I will share with our community groups. The worst is their hire their friends and family to give positive feedback! The positive reviews are fakes!!!!
