It happened to be the Store Manager Gloria. I had read previous reviews about Reddhart Workwear and I'd like to point out Gloria and her professionalism stood out the most and I was not disappointed. I quickly came to the store to have a fitting and consultation. I left with a pair of working boots and socks. I know the product she helped expertly picked out for me will help me get the job done right and in comfort. Thank you Gloria! I can't wait to get my next pair!

Arsh's customer service was excellent; she was very patient answering my questions and let me try on several pairs to find what worked for me. Highly recommend going in-person to check your sizing as Canada West boots are 1-1.5 sizes below your usual and the toe box is wider than standard.

Because I was both unfamiliar with what makes a good pair of boots and hesitant to pull the trigger on the first go, I tried on 4 different pairs of boots. The associate, Arsh, was very kind and took her time with me and the other customers. She never made me feel rushed. After settling on a pair, my boots were conditioned and had a beautiful shine. I highly recommend Reddhart!
